I would highly recommend this hostel lovley location and perfect if you are wanting a calmer atmosphere . Lovley and clean and there’s hangers to hang your clothes up and a mirror incredible everything you need . I would 100% recommend this hostel

We had a wonderful stay at Phi Phi At The Pier Hotel. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The only downside for us was the noise. The name ”At The Pier” is very literal - the hotel is right next to the pier, so you can hear the boats and activity throughout the day. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with outstanding service, cleanliness, and design. We'd definitely stay here again, knowing what to expect from the location.

I like the location of this Tan hostel because there’s a massage parlor beside it and beside that parlor is a 7/11. The popular street at Cosi is just across this hostel. The bed was thick and I loved the comforter BUT there are also a lot of things I didn’g like about this hostel. 1. They make you leave your shoes downstairs so you have to walk barefoot to your room and the floor isn’t even clean! It was cement and you can’t really clean it so I don’t understand what they were thinking by making that rule. You walk around even to the shower barefoot which is annoying. 2. They turn off the airconditioning from 11am - 3/4pm. I’d understand if the rooms were almost empty but our room was already full! 3. It was so hard to climb on the top bunk, it felt like it was too high or maybe I’m too short (5’2?). I’m grateful for the receptionist as I was able to ask for a bottom bunk for my following days.

HThe hostel is truly great. First of all, it’s very conveniently located—just a couple of minutes from the embankment, the night market, Walking Street, and public transportation. At the same time, it sits in a quiet courtyard, so you can enjoy peace and rest. Another big plus is that right next door you’ll find a currency exchange, a laundry, and a motorbike rental—everything you might need is literally a few steps away. Inside, everything feels cozy. I especially liked the beds—you really feel like you’re in your own private space. The hostel provides showers, toilets, shower gel, and toilet paper. There’s also a common area where you can eat, drink coffee, or play board games. The staff are attentive and very friendly, which made my stay even more pleasant. The only small drawback is that the beach isn’t right next door, but it’s easy to reach—just 60 baht by songthaew. I didn’t mind trading a beachfront hostel for this one, because here I felt calm and comfortable. I stayed for more than 10 days in total. Of course, neighbors vary, but that’s not something the hostel can control. Thank you for the hospitality! If I return to Krabi, I’ll definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Mi viene in mente il detto ”le cose economiche costano”.

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno qui, pur viaggiando da sola. L'atmosfera era super rilassante e lo staff mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. La camera era pulita e la posizione perfetta per esplorare tutto ciò che c'è nei dintorni. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta se viaggiate da soli e cercate un posto comodo dove riposare.

Мы были проездом и решили остановиться в Краби, жилья на Трипе свободного почти не было, но вот этот вариант и схватили, ничего особого не ждали, а номер оказался очень даже комфортный для отдыха. Кровати, чайник, холодильник, чистый санузел, отличный напор в душе, горячая вода без перебоев, еще и балкон. Внизу кафе и вечерние посиделки, красота повсюду, много кошечек и душевной атмосферы. Буквально в нескольких метрах 7/11 и улица откуда уезжать до пляжа Ао Нанг на тук туке за 60 бат (возле белого храма через дорогу, там увидите) Спасибо за чудесные дни ❤️🙏

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They served fruits like pineapple and watermelon, boiled eggs or chicken slices (alternating each day), bread for toast, cornflakes with milk, curd, cookies, jam, butter, coffee, and tea. There was also a bar for party lovers. Every night, they offered one free shot, and for non-alcoholic options, you could get a shot of orange or pineapple juice instead. The room was clean. One thing to note is that there can be noise until late at night because of the music from the bar area and the DJ. However, they provide rubber earplugs to reduce the noise. To be honest, I didn’t experience any disturbance at all. Everything was perfect for me. I don’t understand why some people complained about the noise in the reviews when they already knew it was a party hostel — the name itself is Balcony Party Hostel, so some noise is obviously expected. Anyway, the staff were very friendly. If you ask them about any issue, they will solve it as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this place. Lastly, the surrounding area has plenty of food options, including pure vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and many other cuisines.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo ostello! Ho soggiornato in un dormitorio con altre persone, ma a differenza di molti altri ostello, non si sentiva affatto affollato. La stanza era pulita, luminosa e molto spaziosa, e aveva anche un grande bagno che era un enorme plus. Il personale è molto dolce e molto gentile, e si affacciano sulle migliori feste, ma allo stesso tempo l'ostello è abbastanza tranquillo se vuoi dormire tranquilla. I letti erano un po' inconfortabili, ma l'esperienza generale e la vibrazione fantastica sono stati facilmente realizzati!

La posizione era abbastanza decente: è molto vicino al punto panoramico, il che rende facile arrivarci, soprattutto perché la passeggiata è piuttosto ripida, si risparmia tempo ed energia. È considerato all'interno dell'area principale dell'isola di Phi Phi, il che lo rende accessibile a molti negozi e ristoranti. Essendo un hotel a 1 stella, anche le aspettative devono essere adeguate di conseguenza. La pulizia non era male, niente macchie casuali o peli sul letto e il letto era ben sistemato durante la nostra visita. Vorrei che offrissero un servizio di pulizia giornaliero, ma il servizio di pulizia può essere richiesto per ogni 2 notti di soggiorno, il che è comunque equo. Il servizio è stato buono, ci hanno offerto acqua all'arrivo e quando siamo partiti. C'è anche un servizio di carrello a spinta dove possono inviare i bagagli all'area dei traghetti per 50 Baht, il che è abbastanza buono considerando che è un hotel a 1 stella. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, vorrei che avessero acqua calda, aveva solo acqua fredda, il che è rinfrescante in una giornata calda, ma avremmo preferito se avessimo avuto la possibilità di regolarla. Si prega inoltre di controllare se la camera ha l'aria condizionata al momento della prenotazione. La nostra non ce l'aveva perché ho dato per scontato che le stanze ce l'avrebbero naturalmente, ma la stanza che abbiamo prenotato non ce l'aveva. Il ventilatore acceso alla massima velocità non mi rinfrescava abbastanza. Mi sembrava di sudare ancora molto nella stanza, il che non è l'ideale.
