Deceptive Practices and Unacceptable Service I recently booked Priyadarshini Pride Hotel through Agoda, only to be met with a shocking experience upon arrival. Despite prepayment for premium accommodation at Pride, the hotel staff at Priyadarshini Classic denied any knowledge of our reservation, forcing us into an older Priyadarshini Classic hotel which is priced at half the price of what we have paid. Agoda's support failed to provide useful information, leaving us stranded. This deceptive practice is inexcusable. Avoid Priyadarshini Classic and Agoda at all costs.

Careless ***agement - No proper response. Pathetic service - Breakfast is served very late. Only one person is running all around. Worst communication - Need to call multiple times for each and every single thing no proper internal communication. GM will switch off his phone and go on leave abruptly. Staff doesn't what bookings they have when they have.

Service is sadly deficient. Complimentary breakfast runs out of items like fruits,fruit juice, idly,dosa …almost everything that are seldom replenished. It is the same way even with tea or coffee.Housekeeping is pathetic. Room TV does not have channels that you desire to see. Room service promises to set right shortcomings but does not deliver. Shall definitely avoid this property in future and suggest you to do likewise.

One of the Best Trips I ever did with family to Hampi.... All credit goes to "Hotel Priyadarshini Pride" -Hospete... Railway station Road... The Best part of the entire trip goes as follows 1.Very good Hotel -Especially Spacious ,Clean ,Neat,Modern Suite Room with 2 Wash Rooms and very great sitting place. 2.Frontline Team headed by Jay is simply wonderful,This boy who coordinated my entire trip start from Room booking till my checkout was simply Awesome and Core professional. 3.The other team members are good but definitely has room for improvement,But base line of Room service team is their smile on face and intent to serve....More the time better they would gain experience.

The location of the hotel in the town is just perfect for the Hampi visitors. It has a good ambience, rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Happy with the behaviour and co-operation of staff especially the receptionist Surendra... I will highly recommend

I can not believe the awful experience!!! The room had cockroaches, the tea I ordered never arrived and they have to refund me 7500/- INR as they “miscalculated”… their words but are refusing to do so. The ***ager Mr Prashant is awfully rude and gets nothing done. Please do not stay here and do not trust their maths for sure.
