Hotel a Horst, Paesi Bassi

Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione è soddisfacente, ma purtroppo il buffet è chiuso. (Costringi a scegliere quello che vuoi il giorno prima...) Lo spazio giusto per il suo prezzo potrebbe essere un po' troppo piccolo. D'altra parte, c'è molto rumore dietro le pareti e il soffitto, che potrebbe essere dovuto a uno scarso isolamento. Il bagno è molto buono e la pressione dell'acqua è buona.

Wir waren total zufrieden mit allem in der Hostellerie Horst. Der Check-in war freundlich und schnell, die Zimmer (wir hatten das Familienzimmer Nr. 14 mit 4 Erwachsenen) waren sehr komfortable und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad riesig. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht riesig (ist aber auch bei der Größe der Hostellerie nicht realistisch zu erwarten), aber frisch, von guter Qualität und lecker und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Zu Fuß braucht man 5 Minuten ins Zentrum, wo man jede Menge Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen bei entspannter Atmosphäre und mit viel Außengastronomie hat. Die Betreiber waren sehr, sehr freundlich, sprechen fließend Deutsch und helfen bei allen Fragen gern weiter. Besonders zu erwähnen war für uns, dass es im Lobbybereich auch noch einen mit ca 30 Biersorten und Softdrinks gefüllten Kühlschrank gibt, an dem man sich (kostenpflichtig) bedienen kann. So kann man sich auch noch im Allgemeinbereich der Hostellerie aufhalten, wenn man noch nicht aufs Zimmer will. Die Hostellerie bietet wohl auch ein Abendessen an, das man vorher bestellen muss (nicht sicher, wie viel Vorlauf sie brauchen). Das haben wir bei diesem Besuch nicht ausprobiert, würden wir aber beim nächsten Mal testen.

Abbiamo affittato i nostri due il 12 Feb 2023. Avevamo fatto prenotazione in anticipo e siamo stati accolti con la più amichevole. Ci siamo consegnati la chiave alla stanza e abbiamo detto che la stanza è al primo piano. Andammo in camera e scopriamo che questa era una stanza molto di base. Abbiamo cercato il ristorante e abbiamo scoperto che non era per il nostro collegamento, quindi abbiamo cenato ”sotto la città”. Durante la notte e la mattina siamo svegliati con camion di consegna e la vicina autostrada. La mattina seguente abbiamo fatto colazione all'hotel. Erano uova scramblete, ma non come ci mangiavamo, era una massa solida di omelete. Erano frutta, pane e burro e caffè da tee machine. Anche se ciò che si aspettava a Deurne.

Siamo rimasti qui qualche volta prima. Purtroppo, durante una visita precedente, era durante le vacanze scolastiche, ma questa volta era fuori dalle vacanze scolastiche. Questa volta, è stato come le nostre esperienze precedenti: un bellissimo hotel tranquillo con un buon servizio in una bella zona per camminare in natura. Durante le vacanze scolastiche, abbiamo trovato l'hotel troppo occupato con famiglie rumorose, ma se vuoi un bel hotel fuori dalle vacanze scolastiche, questo è un posto davvero piacevole per soggiornare.

Il servizio di colazione è stato molto debole. Il personale - tre signore - non si preoccupava molto del buffet (le labbra di pane e le uova sgusciate erano vuote), ma l'ospite deve chiedere di riempirlo, anche se ci erano molti ospiti nella sala colazione. Inoltre, dovete andare al bar per chiedere te' caldo, caffè, ecc., come nessuno del personale si è sentito responsabile di andare al tavolo dell'ospite per chiedere se è desiderato tè caldo, caffè, ecc. Lo stesso vale per le piastre sporche sulle tavole. Nessuno del personale l'ha pulita. Per 100,00 EUR per una notte compresa la colazione - singola occupazione - in una città di dimensioni medie di Venlo posso aspettare un servizio ospite proattivo e attento! Probabilmente non consiglio Theaterhotel Venlo. P.S. : Nella sala colazione è molto redatto, perché non ci sono porte e fa parte del vasto lobby di accesso del teatro di Venlo. Quindi non molto accogliente!

Lovely hotel with great facilities and accommodating staff on hand. excellent EV charging facilities all working fine. Never got to the pool and leisure suite but it defiantly looked worth a visit. I would happily come back with the family.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per la spedizione commerciale, uova per colazione + bacon, salate di frutta, bevande con latte e tutti i tipi di frutta. E'di tutti i tipi di pane, ma una volta, diversi giochi volano, si rivolgono alla reception, un ragazzo ha detto che era andato via subito, e gli ha detto che non era utile.... C'è un McDonald's all'altra parte, il viaggio è troppo tenso e non è stato organizzato.C'è un magazzino vicino a Kyoto, e alcune aziende di catena elettrica domestica hanno anche aperto attività internazionali qui, e uno è stato incontrato nel corridoio. Ora dovrebbe essere la stagione turistica. Il rapporto probabile e il prezzo sono più elevati e tutti i giorni sono pieni.C'erano 39 camere per piano, in totale quattro piani.
