Hotel in zona Queen Theater, Honolulu

Stayed here in May 2023. Initially, was a little disappointed with a few things (see below) but honestly, the location more than makes up for it. You are about 10 mins from the nearest beach, and there are many ABC Stores within a 5 min walk (should you want basics). Proper actual supermarkets are unfortunately not an easy walk away (and I don't mean 7-Elevens), so be aware. The Walmart near the Ala Moana centre is an easy bus-ride though, so there's that. You can catch a bus from Seaside/Kuhio, which makes getting around much easier. OK, about the hotel itself. Customer service was excellent, although the rooms are only 'made up' about every 2-3 days (seemed random). They can get quite sandy if you're a beach type. Rooms are comfortable but basic. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds to sleep 2 adults and 2 children (5 & 7) and it was comfortable. Beds are King size, I was estimate. The balcony is spacious, but weirdly they only give you 2 chairs (odd for a room that sleeps 4). You can bring in the 'office' type chair from inside but you're still short one. Beds were comfy and the room was quiet, although Honolulu is a noisy place at any time of the day, so you have a choice of: be cool with a very noisy AC or sleep through noise with the balcony door open. The emergency services love driving around with their sirens on at 3am, so have fun with that. The 'kitchen' area is sp**** to say the least but functional. We had the basics we needed, they provided washing up liquid, which was nice- but didn't bother with a washing up sponge, which we had to get ourselves. Had a microwave and a rather rubbish filter coffee machine which we used once and never bothered with again. Bathroom was small but good enough, we always had enough hot water, so no complaints with the shower etc. Wifi was great, had a router in the room, and the provided cable tv was also fine with plenty of choice. On the 6th floor was the pool, laundry area (well equipped with lots of washers and dryers, reasonably priced) and the shop (small but well stocked) The shining light of the hotel was the pancake/ coffee shop in the lobby. It was called 49ers, and served fantastic breakfast/ beverages. Ironically it isn't anything to do with the hotel but you get 10% off as a resident, which mounts up as it's not cheap (nothing in Hawai'i is cheap, anything but). We were repeat customers! On the down side, we repeatedly had to get rid of cockroaches which wasn't a big deal, but still. As mentioned, the aircon is effective but super noisy. They forgot to give us a corkscrew in the room, and dithered about replacing it (bought our own in the ABC shop in the end) All in all, good stay, would've liked to see some improvements, but otherwise I'd recommend. The negatives weren't that much of a problem, and we'd probably stay here again (just need a 4th chair for the balcony!!)

State qui per 1 settimana,la posizione è grande. Dritto su Waikiki. Questo hotel non ha la propria spiaggia ma offre sedie libere per portare con voi alla spiaggia e asciugamani. Ci vuole 20 secondi per la spiaggia.Un hotel molto alto per vedere il sole sopra l'oceano, il personale è SUPER amichevole. La costruzione è vecchia come tutti su Waikiki, gli mobili devono essere aggiornati, la matrice è dura ma ti danno 4 piastrelle, chiedendo che la nostra stanza sia rinfrescata quando sono tornate fogli e la copertura di tubetti non è mai cambiata. Non è sicuro perché, il personale di pulizia parlava perfettamente inglese! Mon&Wed hanno avuto agricoltori di mercato a valle, prezzi inquietanti un Coconut per $20US, una piccola tazza di frutta per $20US, troverete anche braccialetti e altri trucco! In generale è a prezzi accessibili e centrali, non abbiamo mangiato nel resort né utilizzato il loro spa, quindi non si può raccomandare!

Un posto così meraviglioso. L'hotel è un po' più vecchio, ma le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Il personale non può fare abbastanza per voi. Ci sono negozi ABC in tutto per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno. Il lobby è bellissimo. Non abbiamo usato la piscina, perché preferiremmo nuotare sulla spiaggia che è proprio lungo la strada.

Molto buona posizione.. davanti a Nordstrom Rack Waikiki e a un isolato dalla famosa Marugame Udon.. la stanza era antiquata ma molto spaziosa, aveva 2 letti di dimensioni regina e 1 letto singolo, e dispone di una cucina con forno. Forno a microonde e caldaia su richiesta.. sicuramente prenotera' la prossima volta

La struttura è molto attraente, il parcheggio è molto attraente, ma il parcheggio è stato molto stretto con una mini-van. Le camere erano vecchie e corse. Le tinture sui tessuti, il vecchio bagno e la camera era ricca di molle e di melù. Questo posto ha una 4 stelle perché è convenientemente situato, un servizio eccellente, un caffè complimentare ogni mattina e il letto è comodo.

The Sheraton Waikiki has the best location. It’s minutes away from a big outlet mall with many food options and has direct access to the beach. The rooms are updated and modern and you have great views of Diamond Head. Many tour groups also depart from the bus depot next to the hotel entrance so that’s also very convenient.

Ero molto deluso quando sono arrivato alla mia vecchia stanza stronzo ...it era così caldo nella mia stanza!! L'a/c non funzionava quasi!! Così ho chiamato il desk front per cambiare le camere ... fortunatamente mi ha chiamato indietro e ha detto che aveva un'altra stanza per me ... la nuova stanza non era davvero meglio!! L'a/c era nell'angolo posteriore e ancora non potevo sentire l'a/c!! In realtà dovevo andare all'angolo posteriore per sentire un po' di aria condizionata. Paghiamo un sacco di soldi per rimanere lì e le camere non hanno quasi nessuna aria condizionata!! Eravamo molto caldi tutto il tempo che eravamo lì!! Quindi i miei amici e io non rimarrò mai più lì!! E non consigliamo a nessuno l'hotel di eredità Waikiki!! Buona fortuna ...

L'hotel è molto vicino alla Marina e alla spiaggia di Waikiki. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole. Anche il parcheggio è molto comodo ed economico rispetto agli altri hotel nelle vicinanze. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

In generale, è un buon hotel, ci sono anche serbatoi di riscaldamento. Il personale è in linea di massima molto gentile, anche se il soggiorno e la partenza sono un po' lento.Ieri sera ho mangiato il rosso drago 🦞 accanto all'hotel, molto buon gusto. Dal museo militare hawaiano gratuito, a tre stazioni, nel parco, il paesaggio è molto bello, e l'hotel Hilton è vicino.

Because I knew what I was expecting with the only room amenities being wifi and a fan, I was not disappointed. For future guests, this is a YMCA residence, not a hostel or motel. The building is older but it’s easy to get around from your room to the front desk. I actually preferred the no alcohol policy of the establishment because I’m in recovery (almost 6 years sober!). Just be prepared for a humid, hot night with a fan to cool you down. The only AC that I was shown was in sort of a day room area which was always open.
