Soggiorno incantevole anche se ho avuto qualche problema con i bagni, la camera non pulita e alcuni receptionist non disponibili...nel complesso è un resort incantevole ma può e deve essere migliorato, questo è sicuro

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Waikiki Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Honolulu. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony where I could watch the sunrise over the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning felt like pure bliss. The resort’s amenities were outstanding. The pools were clean and inviting, the fitness center was modern and well-maintained, and the spa offered truly relaxing treatments. Dining on-site was a delight—the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, and the beachfront restaurants made every meal feel like a special occasion. What really stood out was the warm aloha spirit from the staff. Every team member I met was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay perfect. This resort combines luxury, comfort, and the magic of Hawaii in the best possible way. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this slice of paradise again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. I stayed in a large room. There are a lot of events offered to guests. I was very pleased with being here.

Sorry but it seens I have more negative than positive to say: The fact that you charge such a huge deposit upon check in is ridiculous, especially since I can't charge anything like room service to the room! I've never seen a deposit like yours before! Plus the girl who checked me out said it would be refunded instantly...nope still haven't received it. The hotel location is perfect and the ABC store is perfect too. The bed, shower, and TV are great. The toilet is much too low. The restaurant on the 3rd floor has a great view but both the food and service are meh. Do not stalk me and ask me if I want my room cleaned. The sign on my door already answers this question. The girl who checked me out was very unfriendly. The guys out front were the friendliest and most helpful both

Excellent location just steps from the beach, with fantastic hotel amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Highly recommended for your trip!

Second time staying here, again everything is nice and winderful

Check in staff could have explained procedures better and let you know what amenities were available to use such as towels for the beach and beach chairs.  Food at DK steakhouse was average but very expensive.  Service at the pool was great.  Location was good close to the beach. Be aware of the resort fee of $55 American.

Clean hotel and great location. However, staff was slow and partially unfriendly. Room was small and very noisy with loud (outdated) aircon. Our complaint was not taken seriously. Would not stay here again.

the hotel is located at a super convenient location right at the heart of Waikiki Beach. Hotel staff was nice too.

Awesome location and close to the beach. Need more details on the information for example where is the family pool direction etc.

We had an excellent stay at Waikiki Marriott. The room was spacious and clean. We also did free of charge activities, including lei making and leaf painting, which was a great experience. The pool is small, but that wasn't too bad as the hotel is across the road from the awesome beach. It was also a nice stroll away from shops and restaurants in Waikiki, so it was a super convenient location.
