Hotel Hilton Grand Vacations a Honolulu

Questa è la mia figlia(5) e il mio luogo preferito di soggiorno negli ultimi anni. La piscina è meravigliosa, molto rilassante e divertente. La posizione è grande per chi vuole fare shopping e cena al centro di Ala Moana. Viviamo a Oahu, Waikiki può essere un po' troppo occupato, quindi se siete quelli che vogliono stare lontano da Waikiki, questo è grande come è al bordo di Waikiki, proprio da Ala Moana! Ci siamo anche goditi di lei libero fare con amici che abbiamo fatto anche alla piscina.

Siamo una famiglia di quattro soggiorni per sette notti. Ben designato appartamento con lavanderia gratuita degli ospiti allo stesso livello che era così conveniente (livello 11). Visto il “Gillian’s” Wharf. /jetty. Grande caffè lungo la strada (lapperts). Un soggiorno molto piacevole

Stayed here with a large bachelor party of about 16. Normally had a good experience with Hilton but will reconsider where I spend my money after this experience. 1) told by Hilton customer support on the phone to request change to room reservation at hotel; at hotel no attempt made to make that change for our party and front desk person was very dismissive and short with me 2) significant issues with room service, repeated contact attempts with no access to the services; basically unavailable throughout the stay and this issue was present prior to the strike they had starting at 4 AM on 09/01/2024 (yes 4AM) 3) one member of our party found roaches in their room which raises concern for the sanitation practices at this location 4) only 2 elevators working on Saturday; took 30 minutes to go to lobby; some of our party had to go to down 19 flights of stairs so we didn't miss our planned events 5) protests occurring during our visit which were well organized and planned in advance (no notice given to guests to find other accommodation); first day started at 4 AM and they did not relent during the rest of our stay there; made it hard to sleep/rest and leave the hotel to make scheduled activities Honestly never had such a terrible experience at a Hilton location. Don't usually write reviews but had to make an exception. This hotel does not offer good value, and I would highly recommend finding other accommodations to spend your hard earned money where you will get better service.

Very nice resort. Fantastic shopping experience since you can just walk downstairs and the world is at your fingertips. Free DVD rentals. They charge you for umbrellas and chairs (hefty rental fee) if you decide to go to the beach. The pools are very congested. Location is key however. Parking per day fee; however, you can go in and out at no extra cost.

Wow! I will let you know that the rooms are Ultra Lux. We stayed in a two queen suite. The flooring is amazing with dark laminate wood look floors. Wood trim all over but in that espresso cherry color wood. Sliding doors, frosted glass and this suite was ultra modern. The bathroom was fully upgraded with rainfall glass shower, television inside the massive three person bathroom. The makeup chair was a perfect touch. The bathtub was ultra sheik and the faucet was on the ceiling!!! Bidet in the private toilet area. The bidet was super nice! The living area had a nice pullout sofa and two person table. The view was so so and it did face another building but you could sit out on the lanai and lookout to the city in some areas. Not a big deal honestly to me. The AC worked like a dream in there and was whisper quiet. It kept it as cold or warm as we needed. This room should be listed as a 5 star suite. The location? The heart of Waikiki. You step out of the lobby and you are in the center of the entire city! It is crazy how enchanting it is to be honest. I loved it! Also. The kitchen was amazing!!! The fridge held so many items ans kept everything cold. We were able to make meals and not get sick of eating out. Dishwasher, garbage disposal all worked like they were brand new. The kitchenware was all there and nothing looked or felt old or dated. This is at least a 4 star hotel. Also. The laundry machines were included at no charge and there was an ABC store steps away from the hotel. We were never without! You will be amazed at how luxurious these rooms are. I did not want to leave!!! The pool upstairs is a splash pool so it’s narrow and shallow but my kids enjoyed it each night. It stays warm from the sun. The bartenders have amazing mixed drinks!!! 1pm-7pm and there was a happy hour too. I loved frozen the pina coladas. So tasty and the views from the rooftop pool were unbeatable. Plus! There was a hot tub and the jets would really hit you and relax you. I loved that hot tub! Cherry on top? The cabanas. You can get use of a private cabana with it’s own television and tons of seating. You can just lounge the day away on it. The vibe is lowkey and everyone there was just really nice and took care of us. Service was ultra fast and we really never needed much. I will always come back here whenever I am in Oahu. Just the best rooms and location and rooftop pool and bar. The Hilton team has planned this hotel and the rooms with the highest quality in mind.
