This was a great resort. Fun Disney atmosphere. Great lagoon off the beach which has some waves but safe for families. You can rent tubes and equipment on the beach. nice pool and lazy river and a few fun slides. Beautifully themed. Parking is not too far. Small grocery store across the street that also has deli and souveniers. Target and other stores about 10 min away. On the west side of the island so a bit far from the more touristy things like Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. But nice relaxing stay. They had popcorn buckets like at the parks which I loved. We saw a few characters out but only got a picture with 1 as the lines were pretty long. Pricing is like being at the parks too.

First off, we’ve been staying here for 18 years. We love the lagoons and it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We’re the “lay on the beach all day” type of family so this place is our favorite resort. Every room we’ve had through the years has been clean, wonderful views, except one time we had a parking lot view, which was fine since we’re at the beach most of the time. Cons: The pool chair hogs and check out time. They should really implement a system like other resorts. Most chairs are empty all day with a towel saving the spot and no one sitting there for hours. Our one time at the pool, we only got seats later in the afternoon at 3pm. Also check out time at 10am is way too early. Would be nice to check out at noon like other places. Now for the Pros, the resort and lagoons are beautiful. The water is warm, my teenagers like to snorkel at the end of the lagoon. We typically stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom villa, this past stay it was nice to see the Nai’a tower remodeled. Love the full kitchen and in room laundry/dryer. My daughter loves to participate in the daily resort activities - lei making, ti leaf bracelets and temporary tattoos. My son frequents the gym and it is 24 hours. Plus for the peloton bikes! Now for the staff. I love their aloha spirit, so warm and friendly. They are fantastic! I need to give a shout out to Melvin Ratto - Resort Ambassador. I met him in one of our past stays at the cabana hut. We came back another time, he remembered us as well. This past week, he personally came by our beach cabana to say hello! He really is the best, makes sure our stay is comfortable! Shannon at the bell desk is awesome, gave us some food recommendations which was nice. The cabana hut workers Kalai, Nathan, Jordan and Braedon, also super friendly, personable, great guys! Maintaining great attitudes for working in the heat all day. Our housekeeper Melban, very understanding for coming back at a later time to clean our room. Thanks to the staff for making our stay wonderful. We always have a great time staying here and hope to continue coming back.

Il condo è come annunciato. Nota che non sono ammessi ombrelle nelle laghe, quindi non trascinarle alla spiaggia. Ci sono regole per il condominio per parcheggio, asciugamani sui piatti, ecc. Non ci ha disturbato, ma molti ospiti si sono lamentati di questo mentre eravamo li'. La sala di allenamento è ben designata. Il luogo di soggiorno per le famiglie è in generale grande, ma anche se si trova proprio all'interno di una grande zona di centro commerciale, si è sentito più tranquillo e più rilassato rispetto alla pesante zona turistica di Waikiki Beach. Le camere sono standard Hampton come si aspettava normalmente sul continente. Colazione standard. Il personale del front desk dell'hotel è amichevole e utile.

Il buon posto, molto pulito, il colazione era uno dei migliori che abbiamo incluso in un hotel, così contrasto con le suite dell'ambasciata a LAX North, che è lontano da questo posto. L'hotel aveva pagato il parcheggio, ma c'era un parcheggio stradale facile che è gratuito. Il personale è così bello e molto interessato agli ospiti. Un membro del personale, Brian, è così attento, lo abbiamo visto controllare che un giovane era a posto, quando ha cercato di prendere il suo colazione fuori, Brian gli ha chiesto dove erano i suoi genitori e gli ha ricordato la strada, Prima di aiutarlo a aprire la porta e di controllare i suoi genitori, c’era un balcone, guardando le colline dietro la casa, così tranquillo. L'hotel ha fornito asciugamani a spiaggia e la ricezione per i manager di sera è stata grande, due bevande alcoliche gratuite per persona, soda illimitata e un sacco di bevande adorabili. L'hotel è ideale per la vista, abbiamo avuto 3 notti qui prima di trasferirci al Aulani. Se torniamo a Oahu, rimarremo qui.
