Hotel in zona The Mall, Hong Kong

Lady è molto carina e ha aiutato a organizzare una buona camera da letto senza rumore. Non è facile avere un tale ricevitore impegnato. Grazie, signora Ko!

Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte. Le camere sono relativamente grandi a Hong Kong e non molto igieniche. L'umidità nella stanza è relativamente alta. Al momento del check-in, mi è stato ricordato di accendere l'aria condizionata a 20-22 ℃ anche un deumidificatore in camera. Quando esco e torno tutti i giorni, vedo che anche la stanza è sporca e ne sono abbastanza soddisfatto.

Потрясающее место! Уже заходя на ресепшн, чувствуется запах свежего недавнего ремонта, аромат диффузора. Наш номер 2007 был на 20 этаже и превзошел все ожидания. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше - удобная кровать с подъемным автоматическим механизмом, диван, телевизор, кондиционер, мини-кухня (с посудой и столовыми приборами, чайником, кувшином для воды), столовая зона с 4-мя стульями, обувница, много мест для хранения, гладильная доска с утюгом, электрические жалюзи, usb-розетки. Очень продуманное освещение. Каждый день предусмотрена уборка, пару раз заменили полотенца. На третьем этаже - бесплатная прачечная с сушилкой, спортзал, общая кухня для приготовления еды, кофеварка, место для приема пищи. На первом этаже - кафе, где можно позавтракать / пообедать / поужинать. Для постояльцев скидка 20%. Крутое месторасположение - по мосту 2 минуты до метро, также рядом куча автобусных остановок; есть торговый центр. Минус - при бронировании мы не были предупреждены, что залог составит около 500 HKD в сутки, за 4 суток он представляется завышенным (2000 HKD), что было почти сопоставимо со стоимостью нашей брони. Наличкой этой суммы не было, оплатили кредитной картой UP, на момент публикации отзыва банк пока не вернул средства.

La prima notte, non potevamo dormire bene perché il cone era troppo rumoroso, ma grazie all'hotel, ci fu dato un altro spazio più grande e spazioso. Per me era come un regalo di compleanno dall'hotel (21 dic.). Per il resto del soggiorno, il nostro sonno era tranquillo e piacevole . Le camere sono pulite (Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere, l'altra è stata occupata dai miei figli) e le toilette sono complete e odore bello. Il suo compleanno è il 19 dicembre e l'hotel gli ha dato una torta che è stata personalmente fatta dal cuoco dell'hotel (che ho imparato dal personale; ho pensato che fosse stata acquistata dalla cuoca fuori). La torta era così deliziosa e deliziosa.Grazie al cuoco!Grazie all'hotel!Il giorno dell'ispezione, il ricevitore gli aveva desiderato un compleanno felice, ma non in mente gli sarebbe stato dato un torto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Xavier, che è stato felice e utile nei nostri confronti nel aiutarci a chiamare la cabina in due occasioni separate, dando le istruzioni per i conducenti di venire all'hotel. Non stiamo parlando con il cantone, e sicuramente è un grande aiuto. Anche dopo aver bevuto il caffè, ha offerto felicemente di gettare via le nostre tazze vuote. Non mi sembrava di essere il suo lavoro (come chiunque avrebbe dovuto gettare la sua spazzatura), ma insisteva e lo fece con volontà e gioia.Ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole.Grazie, Xavier! Più da aggiungere, la sala da giardino e la tavola da piscina sono più punti, adatta alle esigenze di mio marito e dei miei figli . In una nota separata, l'orgoglio sulla finestra di vetro più sinistra (adiacente al letto) non si scorre correttamente. Ho dovuto scorrere manualmente, mi dispiace di aver sganciato alcuni dei ganci della cortina di giorno. Benedetto Natale alla direzione e al personale della parte meridionale dell'Ovolo! :)

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

Since Chinese New Year I have learned about this place and it’s now my new favourite stay! This time the front entrance was complete and they were renovating the back. Kind staff, everything was met to my needs. They were also able to hold my luggage until later as I had to check out in the morning and take a train in the evening!

La posizione è ottima: puoi raggiungere il centro congressi ed esposizioni, la stazione della metropolitana Wan Chai e in pochi passi puoi prendere la A11 per l'aeroporto. Anche la zona circostante è a pochi passi da Times Square e Sogo. Anche se questa volta non sono andato al Victoria Park o non ho preso lo Star Ferry, è comunque molto vicino. Le strutture non sono proprio buone, sono troppo vecchie e non sono state rinnovate, l'aria condizionata è ancora molto vecchia, del tipo a manopola, l'intera stanza sembra un Express Hotel sulla terraferma. C'è un membro del personale del deposito bagagli che è molto accogliente.

Renaissance was a great stay only marred by a slight confusions on check in with the booking having been entered for July rather than June, but swiftly dealt with. Great location, especially for anyone traveling down from Shenzhen, fantastic breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Harbour view is absolutely worth it!

Posizione abbastanza buona, vicino alla MTR e ai trasporti ecc. Personale in hotel e a colazione molto gentile, la reception sembrava brusca. Camera, corridoi e servizi tutti puliti ma molto stanchi: l'hotel sembra più vecchio di quanto non sia in realtà. La piscina sul tetto era fredda ma bellissima; viste fantastiche. Ciò che ha fatto la differenza tra mediocre e buono per me è stata la colazione, che era incredibile. Una vasta gamma di ogni tipo di cibo immaginabile: cucinato in stile occidentale, continentale, cibo locale, frutta, yogurt, cereali, pane, pasticcini, panini. Personale davvero impressionante e molto gentile in sala. La mia camera era un po' fredda e non riuscivo a far arrivare aria calda all'aria condizionata, quindi mi hanno portato una stufa elettrica che ha funzionato. La doccia era solo tiepida, ma sono sicuro che se avessi chiamato la reception avrebbero provato a risolvere il problema.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.
