Single standard room extremely small, baby roaches in shower and toilet area, drain smells. Cleaning lady is nice though.

Very nice and comfortable, friendly place. Very convenient location.

We have a great stay here. Location wise. The staffs also are friendly and very accommodating.

I booked the small double bed room at Joyous guesthouse at Chung King Mansion, the registered address is : 14/F, E2, Block E, Chung King Mansion, TST., but I found this guesthouse licences was expired on 30Aug,2023 already. On the other hand, I called the staff of Joyous guesthouse which shown at Trip. Com. ********), Sher asked me wait the other staff and get the key at "Comfort Guest House" at Block C, 10/F, C5. After that, the main door was opened automatically after talked with Ms. Lee. & I met one Philippine lady came in the 10/F, C5's property, and asked me gave my HK permanent ID for her copy and wrote some word on the paper and send out by unknown person. (Afterthat, Ms. Lee committed the Phillippine's lady is not their guesthouse staff, she only work with Ms. Lee' domestic helper.... She help her to arranged my booking and arranged one double bed room at 9/F, Block E, room E, Chung King Mansion, TST. the guesthouse name & license is " Sun Guesthouse", which has expired on 30Aug,2023 already. The Phillippine's lady arranged the room no. 23 & asked me must locked the room door after I stayed inside at my room no. 23. Unfortunately, the inside lock was damaged, if someguys have the same type of electronic room & main door key, Everybody can get our property & make us fell in hell! (What is our valuable life & lovey families? I extremely ordered the " Comfort Guest House & Joyous guesthouse stop running their business immediately. Because all of them haven't the valid Guesthouse licenses,& the Fire department must examine their property construction for" Comfort Guesthouse & Joyous Guesthouse.. At Block E, 9/F, only one other guesthouse " Unique Guesthouse" still running the business. The Comfort guesthouse has occupied the place of " Gloria (E1), & China Emperor have moving out (E2). Therefore, (E1 is Sun guesthouse), my room no. 23 main entrance, (E) in front of the lift ( next to E1), The details of their evidence will come soon. Must Fully Refund to me " Ronald HO "

Clean stay, easy check in, responsive staff. Room was in good condition.

This hotel is best for solo travelers.

訂房間之前不瞭解這個地方、去了之後才知道是重慶大廈、建議大家提前瞭解一下這個地方魚龍混雜很臟亂。不要去特別是女孩子要注意安全！！裏面的人看着都不太好相處 房間設施也是臟臟的。不要圖便宜啦

ที่พักสะอาดมาก พัก2คืน ก็เข้ามาทำความสะอาดให้ ล้างห้องน้ำ จัดห้อง ทิ้งขยะให้ เปิดแอร์รอกลับเข้ามา ใกล้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทุกอย่าง ดีมากๆ

沒去，買了不能退，去看過，垃圾死了，在重慶大廈裏，後來直接去永倫800酒店了，一樣價格，人家就是酒店，離迪士尼還很近！離地鐵也近！

設施：乾淨清爽舒適柔軟 衞生：好像有點意思哈 環境：位置很不錯👍每天早上有人打掃 服務：住了四天非常高興能夠看到這個來的都非常滿意
