Hotel Sheraton a Hong Kong

Lo Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers è situato in posizione centrale a Tsim Sha Tsui, offrendo un comodo accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere erano pulitissime, con letti comodi. La nostra camera con vista mare di categoria superiore era particolarmente spettacolare! La vista sul Victoria Harbour era mozzafiato, sia di giorno che di notte. Anche la colazione a buffet era abbondante e il personale del ristorante era molto competente. Anche il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile, davvero degno di un hotel internazionale a cinque stelle. It was a terrible stay for me. Their front desk staff was not able to communicate and address guest needs properly. On the fourth night of my stay, I returned to my room to find no water in the mini bar. I went to the front desk to ask for two bottles of water. They said there was water in my room. I explained that there was no water in my mini bar, which was why I came to the front desk. However, the front desk staff insisted that there was water in my room. So I went back to my room to check the mini bar, but there was still no water. I took a photo and returned to the front desk to show them that there was no water. However, the front desk staff continued to ignore my request. They kept repeating that there was no free water in my room. I also explained that I was not asking for free water, but wanted to know if there was water available. After discussing it with them, they said they had sent water to my room. So I returned to my room again, but unfortunately, there was still no drinking water in the room. I went back to the front desk to tell them that there was still no water in the room. They repeated that there was no free water. I was really tired and thirsty at the time. I told them that I didn't care whether the water was free or paid for, I just wanted to buy water. Is there any water available in the hotel? They still said that water is not free. Finally, I gave up trying to communicate with the front desk and left the hotel to buy water. This left a completely negative impression: an uncommunicative front desk and a hotel without bottled water. After a busy day at work, I returned to my room exhausted and without water. It was truly unexpected that a five star hotel with so many business travelers would have such unpleasant service.
