The Silveri Hotel in Tung Chung is a true hidden gem with direct access to the massive Citygate Shopping Mall, that exceeded our expectations during our three-day visit. We were impressed by the hotel's modern charm and superb service from the moment we stepped inside. The Sunset Suite, a luxury haven that supplied us with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation, was one of the highlights of our stay. The room itself and the bathroom were large, well designed, and spotless. But it was the breathtaking view of Tung Chung Bay and the Hong Kong Airport that took our breath away. It was a real treat to wake up to such a beautiful view. The Hotel's attention to detail was one of our favorite features. The presence of Chromecast, AirPlay, and Miracast on the room's TV made it incredibly simple to stream our own content or binge-watch Netflix from our personal devices. The hotel's restaurant and Executive lounge were both excellent, and the cocktail bar (The Pavilion) was a pleasant place to chill and enjoy a drink or two. The option to view the sunset from the bar enhanced these experiences, creating a very wonderful ambiance. Finally, we cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding service. From the minute we arrived until we left, the Silveri Hotel personnel went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Their responsiveness and helpfulness added to the delight of our overall visit. Finally, our stay at the Silveri Hotel in Tung Chung was nothing short of spectacular. The modernity of the hotel, the spectacular views, the superb amenities, and the helpful personnel all contributed to a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit

Voglio davvero caricare un pezzo di video, ma purtroppo ho solo uno screenshot per condividere alcune foto... comunque la stanza è così polverosa che sta nevicando fitto, il bagno non è esaurito, l'umidità è pesante dopo aver sciacquato, carta igienica È così sottile che puoi indossarlo in pochi minuti. La colazione deve essere suddivisa in fasce orarie. Non ho riempito troppo nel secondo turno. Anche se non faccio ridere la gente, non voglio affrontare i camerieri e gli chef. Hanno tutti bocche e facce nere e il tavolo del buffet è bagnato. Inzuppato di sporco, sciatto, completamente poco appetitoso, sicuramente non vivrò la prossima volta

L'ospite era molto gentile e amichevole, ci ha dato molte informazioni sulle attrazioni locali. La stanza era molto pulita, ma il flusso d’acqua era un po’ lento a causa della bassa pressione idrica. Non crediamo che questo sia un problema, però non ha influenzato le nostre docce, ma solo pensando che sia qualcosa di cui dobbiamo parlare. In termini di posizione, lo considero inconveniente, perché c'è una passeggiata di 10 minuti alla strada principale e le auto non possono passare perché non c'è strada/ sentieri vicino alla casa. Per i conducenti x è necessario parcheggiare la vostra auto fuori dove camminare circa 10 minuti. In termini di pulizia e tranquillità, questo posto è estremamente pulito, e l’ospite ci ha chiesto di lasciare le scarpe fuori dalla stanza. Inoltre, non ho trovato polvere o sporco in questa casa. Non ci fu dato alcuna vista, che è deludente, ma, per quanto ne so, ci erano altre, che erano sul secondo piano e sul terzo piano. Purtroppo, sono le camere che hanno viste. In termini di strutture, non abbiamo effettivamente gestito il tempo di cucinare o BBQ in questo luogo.

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno a Four Point per la vacanza di Natale. L'hotel è un design relativamente nuovo e moderno. Abbiamo ricevuto un complimento gratuito all'arrivo, che è un piccolo albero di Natale. L'abbiamo amato e l'abbiamo messo sul tavolo, che immediatamente ha reso la stanza più festiva. Il set di alberi di Natale comprende una stringa di luce che non è venuta con le batterie. Tuttavia, l'hotel ci ha portato due e lo apprezzammo. Sono un po' di persona OCD, quindi ho iniziato a pulire la stanza per nessun motivo. Cosa è davvero sorprendente è che la stanza è piuttosto molto senza spot. Wow. Abbiamo anche avuto il nostro buffet per colazione al Lounge Harbour che era anche molto bello con molte varietà di cibo.

Fatta eccezione per il check-in, è un po' lento perché ci sono pochi sportelli e il resto delle camere e delle strutture dell'hotel sono pulite e pulite. A causa del COVID-19, la piscina deve essere prenotata per un'ora alla volta, quindi abbiamo scelto di prendere la navetta dell'hotel fino alla stazione MTR di Tung Chung e poi trasferirci sull'autobus di Discovery Bay fino alla spiaggia di Discovery Bay. I bambini si sono divertiti molto. Al piano terra dell'hotel (non di proprietà dell'hotel), ci sono due o tre ristoranti sulla 7-11, metropolitana, e ne ho provato uno, indipendentemente dalla qualità del pollo arrosto, dei pancake, delle insalate, ecc. . è alto. L'hotel include la colazione, la qualità del cibo è buona, ma sembra che ci sia carenza di personale. In conclusione, vivrò di nuovo.
