Buone condizioni e servizi Molto pulito e confortevole e altamente efficiente per ordini speciali Facile trasporto per MTR, bus del tunnel, Così tanti centri commerciali e centri alimentari Tutto è fornito nella stanza, quindi è sufficiente. Ma ci sono solo 4 grucce per vestiti, non sono sufficienti per l'uso invernale o per appendere i vestiti dopo averli lavati. Gli orari devono essere lasciati e la porta chiusa a chiave, non è un buon servizio. Lunga coda per il check-in. Un solo addetto alla reception non è sufficiente e scarsa efficienza.

Il personale del servizio clienti è disponibile e in grado di fornire i dettagli quando richiesto. La posizione è facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali aree di attrazione. La pulizia è buona e curata. Di fronte all'hotel c'è un ristorante molto gustoso per dim sum, 新华苑酒家 (2° livello) è aperto dalle 6:00 a mezzanotte.

🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂 😇Good: 1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. 2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white 3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast 4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor . 5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes . 6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean. 7.The housekeeping staff are very nice. Improvement 😉 1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy 2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open . .Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy . It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering . 3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients . 4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉 Overall the stay in this hotel is satisfactory .

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Questa è la seconda volta che prenoto questo hotel😁C'è un antico tè mattutino alla porta che è buono. Dietro c'è un famoso ristorante d'oca arrosto. Di fronte c'è il supermercato Wellcome, dove gli spaghetti istantanei di manzo sono molto buoni, la metà più economici che online. Avevo freddo nel cuore della notte, così ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno subito portato una nuova trapunta. Il rubinetto era un po' piccolo e la reception ha fatto in modo che qualcuno lo aggiustasse per me. Sono tutti molto educati e c'è un tapis roulant al 5° piano che è carino. La zia delle pulizie è molto gentile ogni giorno.

Questo è un hotel abbastanza buono se viaggi da solo. C'è tutto quello che serve, una stanza di dimensioni adeguate per Hong Kong, vicino alla metropolitana. Avevo una bellissima vista dal 31° piano. Il materasso non è morbidissimo, mi piace quando è un po’ più rigido, è più utile. La stanza aveva: shampoo, bagnoschiuma, sapone liquido (tutto nei dispensari), ciabattine usa e getta, spazzolini da denti con dentifricio sotto forma di compresse. Secondo me è tutto assolutamente soddisfacente.

However, this hotel has provided paper slippers, 24-hour drinking water supply, etc to all guests. This is an added value compared to other hotels with similar grade. I have stayed in another nearby hotel of the same grade, but that hotel requires additional payment for paper slippers and drinking water.
