Si trova nel centro della città, quindi puoi esplorarlo a piedi. La stazione è vicina e la fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto è proprio di fronte all'hotel, quindi è molto comoda. È solo che la posizione è difficile da trovare. Doveva essere nelle vicinanze, ma non sono riuscito a trovarlo, quindi l'ho cercato un po'. Quando cercavo una stanza a Hong Kong, la maggior parte delle docce erano accanto al bagno, ma qui ho potuto fare la doccia in uno spazio relativamente grande. È anche bello avere un server dell'acqua. Non penso che sia un problema se è solo per dormire.

highly recommended for convenience & great location on a budget :) the guesthouse itself and the rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable. it's the overall environment of the building that's quite a challenge, but it adds to the charm & the quintessential HK experience. best for families with older kids & groups of friends.

If you want to stay in a budget area in tsim sha tsui but hesitant to book in chungking and mirador mansion, I would definitely recommend this place! It’s located in tsim sha tsui mansion. Location is 10/10. Building might look old and first impression may not be exactly pleasing but this guesthouse is clean and safe. 1-2 min walk from the station. Exit outside ISQUARE so you won’t have to take the stairs in the station with your bags. Bus stop is also just located in front incase you decide to take the bus from the airport. Walking distance to all tourist spots including Bakehouse and Cheung Hing Kee Pan Fried Buns. Owner is easy to communicate with and instructions are clear. Daily housekeeping is a plus as well. Walls are thin but not really an issue for us tho. Also very grateful that he decided to let us check in when we arrived around 11am. Requested for a room with a table and chairs for work and we got the room. Aircon and water heater works well. There is also free water in the waiting area for guests.

Great experience, great value for money, easy to access and great location

The owner is nice and kind. The place is clean. Bathroom is a bit bigger than others HK guesthouse that I ever stayed. I will go back to stay here again if I visit Hong Kong next time.

Super location. Spacious (comparatively speaking) rooms. Really clean. Great water pressure. Am I getting old or are those plastic toothpaste containers getting harder to open?

It was not bad. But i saw the mouse at the buliding: not in hotel. The room was cleaned but too loud to stay.. But it was afforable to stay for that price and location.

혼자서 묵기 딱좋은 객실이었고, 사장님이 매우 친절하시고 거렴하고 가성비 좋게 다녀왔어요! 그리고 정말 실내가 깨끗하고 침사추이 역 바로 앞에 위치해있어서 곳곳의 유명한 명소에 가는 게 용이했어요!

Больше всего переживала за этот отель) но все оказалось немного лучше чем я представляла) Отель находится прям в самом центре Гонконга, до набережной идти 5 минут! Наверно если бронировать отели за пару месяцев, то можно найти варианты получше по той же цене ( мы брали за 5200/ ночь) В номере оказалось довольно чисто, и даже не тесно))) Неплохой санузел. Просто из тех что я смотрела - ожидания были прям ужасающие) но все обошлось Как найти: Из аэропорта ходит автобус А21, ночью H21. Вам нужно ориентироваться на станцию метро Tsim Sha Tsu. В автобусе будут писать остановки. И работает бесплатный вайфай! Остановка на центральной улице, где много народу, стоит хорошенько оглянуться чтобы найти нужное место ( в фото добавлю) Нужно перейти на другую сторону этой улицы. Нужный вход находится прямо рядом с остановкой А21 ( но уже по направлению в аэропорт) Вам нужен лифт на котором написан блок АВ

寸土寸金的香港，房間非常小，設施齊全，交通特別便利，下樓就是公交站，地鐵站，去飛機場也很方便。價格不貴。

일단 위치가 정말 좋아요! 수건이랑 이불에서 세제 냄새 나서 좋았어요 와이파이도 엄청 빠르고 복도에 정수기, 냉장고, 전자레인지 있습니다 옆방 소리는 안나는데 복도에서 말하는 소리는 들려요

來香港前就做好了準備，這個價位、這個地點，在這座寸土寸金的城市裡，房間一定比較小。事實上超預期了～在經歷了春節期間的汕頭驚人的房價、一般的住宿之後，來香港的這個晚上反而是睡得最舒服的。麻雀雖小五臟俱全，還可以免費寄存行李，老闆把這裡佈置得温馨又乾淨。美中不足的是淋浴的熱水供應不及，洗頭洗一半就沒熱水了，衹能尷尬地洗了個冷水澡。 Anyhow, 賓館的位置很棒，下次來尖沙咀還會選這裏。
