The room at this hotel was pretty normal size. I saw a lot of reviews complaining that it is small. I find one particular part of the advertised photos didn’t live up much to the room, which is the dusty green chair, it is not the same as what’s in the photo. It had some dirty stains on it and completely different from the photos.
The males working at front desk need to learn to address males and females accordingly because they clearly see ones gender at check in but constantly kept calling us females sir. Very rude and disrespectful.
Whoever answers housekeeping calls were also very rude. The housekeeper who cleaned our room was pleasant, amazing and did a great job every-time.
I liked the fact that at this hotel one receives 700ml bottles, it’s not everyday one comes across this at a hotel and they gave enough bottles so one could take with them in Hong Kong’s summer heat.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay. They offer shuttle service which comes in handy. However, always book in advance for the time you want because it fulls up fast. And if you need one for 8am book the night before as front desk never seem to answer before 8am.
They have this slogan one can see in the elevators and just about everywhere in the hotel which reads “Love to stay, love to breathe.” They are a smoke free hotel, however, visitors would also love to stay and love to breathe so please wash vac the carpets. They stink on every floor. I find hotels upkeep everything and always neglect the carpets.
