I recently stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was far from pleasant. The front desk service, in particular, left a lot to be desired. The staff was unfriendly and even rude at times, showing no professionalism or warmth. As a guest, I felt disrespected and unwelcome.
Additionally, the hotel requires a deposit, which I understand is common practice. However, what was unacceptable was that they only accepted cash or physical cards, refusing modern payment methods like Google Pay or Apple Pay. It’s 2025, and such outdated payment policies are incredibly inconvenient and frustrating for guests.
As for the room, it was extremely small and the facilities felt outdated, falling far below expectations. To make matters worse, the hotel had an excessive number of rules, making the stay feel restrictive and uncomfortable. There was no sense of being welcomed or at ease.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. From the poor service and outdated facilities to the inconvenient payment policies, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be staying here again. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to their service and amenities.
