All Seasons Inn (Tsim Sha Tsui)

⚠️⚠️⚠️強烈避雷❗️酒店沒有前台❗️要進入一棟大廈上電梯才能入住❗️電梯比較舊，危險❗️進去全是密碼鎖，得不到安全保證，酒店人員隨時可以打開房間，就算反鎖也能從外面打開❗️房間特別不隔音，過道能聽見屋內對話聲，屋內能聽見隔壁吹風機聲音❗️屋內狹小，廁所馬桶沖水力度小，沖完一次必須要隔一段時間才能沖第二次，想要大解的寶寶有難了嗚嗚嗚😭❗️而且環境不好，我們住後還有壁虎🦎出現❗️（如下圖）🔔🔔‼️最重要的是，入住後衹能通過手機📲微信與店家聯繫，經常聯繫不上人❗️我們在擔心自身安全，要求更換密碼鎖時店家不僅不配合，反而責怪我們麻煩，不信任❗️退房前天我們發現其中一人的貴重珠寶丟失，尋找未果決定求助酒店，得到的不僅是拒絕❌看監控，還有被道德綁架，態度惡劣的回覆，首先我們詢問酒店的時候態度還是禮貌的，並沒有直接指責🫵🏻，酒店回饋給我們的卻是惡劣的❗️因為我們需要趕行程便讓酒店幫忙留意一下，當時酒店答應了，然而事後並未得到相應的回覆，這讓我們十分生氣，本來珠寶並沒有多麼昂貴，但是很有紀念意義，卻被如此草草處理‼️‼️

It is a nice room for solo traveler . Good for budget travelers. Great location near by transport station. But the room is too small ！

1) The address on Trip.com is not true, I went all around the residential building, several separate lift lobbies leading to normal residential flats,where posted notice at the door way, please don’t disturb, this is not guest house! I found the caretaker who scarcely indicated my trying lift number ? 9/F? I found a girl there, she said there is another location nearby, if I like to find a better one. 2) of course, I would try, but it was a long walk with my heavy luggage . 3) I called my friend who introduced me to book this “hotel”, there was some angry throw of words, he helped me to call and clarify the booking. But the anger with my friend was escalated more and more until I met a fierce woman standing at the entrance of Harrell Mansion, Nathan Road , Tain Sha Tsui , I was very tired after the long trip and walking up and down from near TST East to near exit H of TST MTR , the fierce woman complained I called up so many times and wasted her time and another girl who brought me all the way there, entertaining one guest! Further more, she complained my attitude was bad, because I can’t speak her mandarin Po Ton Wa , I can speak Cantonese only, she asked fiercely what language do I speak ? I said English is better. Then she fought me fierce and loud in the lobby of a commercial building, I still didn’t know where is the “hotel”! She fiercely asked me to go away, she is not entertaining me anymore, I said why? I have paid 3 nights in advance , if it is not acceptable, it should be me as a customer to asked for cancellation and refund! Not a fierce rude ***** woman from nowhere and never introduced herself, I demanded a refund. It was a rainy day, I was very tired standing in the street of the busy TST area. I was very frustrated, how can Trip.com introduced such a low class ***** operated guest house in their recommended list with 8.5 points of recommendation!! 🤑😡 Ridiculous!! Did your staff ever inspected the whereabouts of these group of hotel names? All Season… sounds very high class, but it is cheating!
