Pioneer Hostel

位置在旺角先施大廈，一棟樓很多家庭賓館，比較老舊，好處是地段很方便。房間內基礎設施都有，四人間房型有單獨衞生間，熱水充足，花灑水壓足夠。房間提供轉換插頭和吹風機。即便是在香港的週末，這個價格下這個條件還是有點誇張。入住比較晚已經沒有前台，不需要核實身份，打電話加了微信後就自助入住了，房間是一個大套房內的單獨套間，和其他客人共用走廊，隔音一般。如果衹需要將就一晚可以忍受，如果單人出行不太建議。

Worst accommodation experience in Hong Kong. It was not clear where the reception area was. I visited four floors until a woman finally told me a location to visit on the 6th floor which I understood to be the reception. A woman acknowledged my arrival, then went inside to talk to someone, then returned to close the door on my face. The man at the desk on the ground floor contacted them only to be told no rooms are available (the last thing you want to be told) finally a manager came later to take me to my room, then had the audacity to make it out to be my fault for not calling him on his phone number directly from my phone, and when I went to complain saying he is THE ONE who should be complaining because I didn't provide a reservation number up front! The photo and representation of the hostel on trip.com are not consistent with what they are like. This is anti-hospitality!

我來自台灣 入住按電鈴 都沒有人回應 說要打電話聯絡 但我根本沒辦法用微信打電話 等了5分鐘後 還好遇到兩位內地朋友 剛好也要入住 幫我打電話聯絡房東 才順利進去 那試問如果今天我沒有遇到呢⋯？不就要傻傻在外面等 房間裡面居然也沒有提供毛巾 完全無法接受 硬要說優點就是地理位置方便而已

設施：乾淨 衞生：勉強 環境：一般 服務：很好

First time to stay here both goood and negative from my view. Negative is can not be checked in at 2 p.m. to wait until 3.00 p.m On the day of check out, They a little bit rush before time.. Some noises after midnight from the roof that can cause you unsleep. Positive is location.
