Booked 2 rooms for 4days and 3nights. We asked if we could change the other room which only the same price and we are willing to pay additional charges if ever. The owner called her assistant and when she found that we are filipinos she denied our requests. SUCH A RACIST ACT. No hairdryer in our room, other room has it but not working. Out of the 2 rooms we booked, one room got cleaned during our stay and the other one they didnt.

優點：
1、地理位置非常好。
2、私人小旅館衞浴竟然可以做到乾濕分離，而且淋浴間是玻璃趟門，就憑這一點就秒殺一眾星級酒店，我就是衝著這個訂他家房的。
3、空調不是香港老式的掛窗空調，是正常的分體式掛壁空調，無噪音。
4、洗澡花灑水壓很大，按摩效果好。
不足之處：
1、行李寄存（check out當天18時後收100港幣，好評可以免費）、服務時間（9：00-23：00，並非24小時）及服務形式（遙控服務，若非我打不開電視都見不到店員）等政策實際情況與平台顯示不符，要更正，以免誤導旅客。
2、入住和退房流程太麻煩，特別是入住，店員遙控辦理和指引入住，搞到我以為自己在玩密室逃脱；沒在辦公時間段內退房還要分不同情況電郵或電話通知店家。
3、房子有一點點小（不要回復我説香港寸土寸金，我來過香港很多次，這是我歷來第四次（晚）住私人小旅館，我跟同類型的旅館對比的），房內過道窄，可能是空間挪了一點給乾濕分離的衞浴的關係，我一個人住訂了個雙人房，行李要放在房門後，具體情況見本人評論裏實景照片。
4、電源插頭不夠用，要看電視的話就衹剩一個（床頭的電源有轉換插頭），要自己帶電源拖板。
5、熱水器的使用指引貼在花灑頭的牆上，我洗澡的時候才看到，如果不是旅行時入住酒店旅館習慣性打開所有電源按鈕，洗澡就要等熱水了。熱水消耗很快，洗澡洗到一半就沒熱水了，後半段洗冷水。
6、牆紙有裂痕，擔心會脱落。

地點在美麗都大廈裏，一開始剛進去有點害怕，後來在樓上被酒店的姐姐做了思想工作，讓我們放一百個心，姐姐人也非常好給我們發了很多攻略！
住進去後晚上也很安靜，基本不會有什麼聲音，房間很小，但是在旺區，樓下就有地鐵口，交通十分方便。

跑港百越野賽訂的，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，新裝修過，比之前來港住的市中心的小旅店好太多了！在市區位置能有這個性價比，相當滿意了，以後還會再考慮！給個好評！並推薦給別人！

位置不錯，就在重慶大廈旁邊那個樓，尖沙咀，香港中心，衞生一般，有異味兒，床挺大，適合香港湊活一晚上住，畢竟這麼便宜，沒有前台，需要提前➕店員微信，讓他們幫忙開門，這一點有點耽誤時間。同時，門口的網絡很差，建議一定要提前準備香港流量，不然就會很慘了。酒店實際名字不是這個，具體忘記了，在一個大廈的高層，適合預算有限，衹是想要湊活一晚上，同時希望在尖沙咀附近住的旅客。
