I just want to be honest regarding this review...The room was big but everywhere is full of molds!!!The heater not working and pillows are smelly..check in time is 3pm,they dont even let us inside to seat while waiting. And the owner charge us additional 100hkd just because the name of my partner didnt indicated in the guest information but it was clearly stated in my booking that the room I booked is for 2 adults. Luckily and thankful to the trip.com agent to help me solved this problem.

入住要收200按金，沒有任何東西供你使用（衹有一卷衞生紙，一張脱毛的發黑的抹身巾，兩塊小香皂）,房間很臟，可能床單根本沒有更換一味汗臭味，設施很陳舊，房間有蟑螂，窗外有老鼠走動，房外有飲水機但水有很濃的漂白粉味懷疑自來水。

這個就是*********旅社，中國同胞們千萬不要點進來，點進來就是坑，再便宜都不能住，**花開了將近900塊人民幣訂的都沒敢住，又臟又破不説，*****還罵人，服務態度惡劣，我都打了999報警電話，警察來了都不敢開門了，這麼差的環境，攜程都不審核，監管不力，竟然還能在攜程訂單，換成在中國大陸，火車站50塊的小旅社都比這個破地方乾淨，千萬不要訂這個地方，人身安全都會受到威脅！噩夢一般的地方，香港重慶大廈

住在重慶大廈裏面，全都是印度人，這酒店也是印度人開的，雖然交流起來沒什麼問題，但是環境太差了，整座大廈都是臭臭的，房間裏面環境也很差，大家去玩的時候還是儘量考慮住在好一點的酒店吧，太影響體驗感了

BETRÜGER UNFREUNDLICH UNVERSCHÄMT ES IIST KEIN HOTEL! Ein Zimmer oder Absteige in einem Wohnblock. Mit über 50 sogenannten Hotels, die keine Jotels sind. Von 1 order der 3 Sterne ist nirgendwo was zu Sehen. Ein Wohnblock der hauptsächlich von Indischen Einwanderern betrieben wird. NICHT ZU EMPHEHLEN! LASST DIE FINGER WEG.

臟亂差臭無法洗澡，沒有洗漱用品，無法入睡是個難熬的夜晚，天還沒亮五點鐘我就退房了，老闆是國外的我不懂英文無法溝通，太不方便了，總之一句話誰住誰後悔。

Sangat buruk kami pesan hotel,di pesanan tertulis dengan jelas masuk jam 2:00 pm dan sampai di hotel kita di larang masuk katanya masuk jam 2:00 pm hanya untuk hari biasa kusus hari minggu jam masuk hanya jam 19;00 pelayanan yang sangat buruk

I highly recommended you all not to select this (or any) hostel located in Chungking Mansions, Hong Kong. The uneducated staff (Indian) kept saying many foul words to me and asked me why checked-in so late but my checked-in time should be acceptable according to hostel agreement stated in **********. In summary, the hygiene was extremely poor, the floor was wet and smelly. It closes to a restaurant and there were many cockroaches and big gray mouses in the room. Nearly all facilities were damaged. The bedding sheet, pillow, etc were yellow and hairy. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL!!!

This is a shocking establishment. Dirty and smelly externally. Didn’t get as far as to see the inside as when knocking on the door for entry was greeted by an extremely rude, angry man shouting and swearing, including telling me to f*** off. Utterly disgraceful and unprofessional. Left and had to book another, more expensive, hotel. Subsequent correspondence with hotel to request refund, they refused, was rude and included links to extremely dodgy websites - escort services etc. Serious concerns therefore as to the basis of this establishment’s business dealings. Previous positive reviews for this hotel are extremely questionable. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near it.
