Bed is not comfortable and towel got smell

Great room condition!

Room is small and water is chargeable

The hall way to the room smells not good,but inside the room its ok.Toilet is clean,bedsheet also clean.Nearby have a lot of restaurant.it just not my luck cause when i checked in,the room key is error,so we have to ask receptionist to help us go up and open the room.

Good location. Near to Tsim Sha Tsui station. There are lots of restaurants around Hotel.

Worst ever hotel i stayed in in my 40 years of travels. On check in they told me they don't clean room, just change towels, this was not made known when I booked. They don't even make the bed. Hotel room has no phone, no soap on the wash basin, have to go into shower area to squeeze soap liquid then go to basin to wash hands or face, room got no heater, air con, even when off, room is very cold, didn't sleep for the 2 nights I was there. Will never book this hotel again.

location is inside city center. room is so clean, service is good

Room super small. Not worth the price. 10 mins from the MTR station. Sound insulation is poor, you can definitely hear people at the corridor.

This was the old Butterfly on Prat which was lovely, but is now lovelier, actually, sleeker, with the Dash concept. Will stay here again when in Hong Kong.

Located in heart of TST, cozy hotel. Clean room and good service.

Be careful. The Queen bed is just 1.51 meter width. No kidding, 1.51 meter width QUEEN bed for two persons to sleep on the same bed. For single bed, it is 0.8 meter. Should consider the next stay. Will not stay again with such QUEEN bed.

Not bad wouldn't mind staying again

Great Location in TST city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bed is big and comfy. I got a huge handicapped toilet but it didn't matter too much. I was surprised to be offered many good quality toiletries and amenities and I think it was because it was a service apartment. I will consider to stay here again if I go to TST again. Thanks Dash!
