Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s hotels are invited to join fun activities throughout the day at the recreation facilities of the hotels. “Take 5” in the piano-shaped pool or stroll through a lush garden courtyard. Young guests can participate in Recreation Arts & Crafts and make their own handmade Disney crafts, families can meet some of their favorite Disney Friends and so much more.
Children 2 to 12 years of age are invited to enjoy Disney themed activities and games at Storybook Playroom and Nemo's Recreation Reef inside the nearby Hong Kong Disneyland Resort's hotels. Complimentary shuttle service is available between Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge. Departing every 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day, the shuttle can be picked up in front of the hotel, to the right of the main entrance. Between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, shuttle service can be arranged by contacting the Bell Des k in the main lobby.

L’albergo ricorda molto l’ambientazione di fallout, dentro comprende due ristoranti, una piscina all’aperto un negozio disney. La camera è pulita e in ordine, a me è capitato che la camera ritardasse un ora e quindi me l’hanno consegnata alle 16:15 al posto che alle 15, però mi hanno offerto la possibilità di fare il late check out quindi poter andare via più tardi.
Hotel é comodo collegato da un bus navetta gratuita al parco, che passa ogni 10 minuti.

You can roam around the 3 hotels using their bus. You can also access the MTR and park with their free shuttle, around 15mins interval. Though the bus stop is 10mins walk to the park entrance, you can have a no queue park entrance for hotel guest. if its your birthday, disney will give you gift

We will definitely come back. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. The room is very relaxing and the view is just perfect.

Super Nice Hotel with Ultra Friendly Staff. Enjoyed their deluxe Marvel theme room with bathtub. 2 double bed large enough for 2A2K.
Toothbrush and paste is not given as theres new policy for hotel to go green and only provide shampoo / shower gel and conditioner.
There's complimentary bus shuttle to / fro Disneyland / MTR every 10mins till 1am. Journey is about 5mins. In event of rain, hotel have free Disney umbrella to loan...No need to sign out, just return it when you return back to hotel.

Super clean and nice ambiance. The hotel has been newly renovated so refreshing :). The reception staff also very knowledgeable about the entire Disneyland Resort area ;)

We had an amazing time at the park and the hotel. The staff was friendly and it was super convenient getting to the park and back to the hotel. We will definitely be visiting again

Disney hotel is top tier! They are so professional in every step. Loved the decor and of course being able to meet Minnie Mouse in the lobby was magical. No long wait for us! The shuttles to and from the park were frequent and quick. The room itself is great for kids! Kid friendly toilet seat and bathtub. Everyone had a blast and we will be coming again.

The hotel itself is good, the staff is friendly but the facilities are very less. Here they only have 1 buffet style restaurant, and 1 fine dining restaurant. And only 1 swimming pool. But you can go to other Disneyland hotels to enjoy their facilities as well by taking the shuttle bus.

One of the best services the hotel provides is the shuttle bus circling between the resorts and MRT/park entrance. Nice decoration and great variety of food options for breakfast buffest as well. However, the toilet wasn't cleaned up properly and it was left with obvious stains before I checked in. The other thing that brought uo my attention is the paint smells in the room. They did placed air purifier in but it doesn't work as effective as expected... Generally speaking, I had a pleasant stay for 2 days and I did appreciate the help and great service from hotel staffs
