La posizione è buona, vicino al centro commerciale e alla via dello shopping. Ci sono così tanti bar vicino all'hotel. Questo hotel offre molti comfort e cose in camera come la presa universale e USB.

Le camere sono molto pulite e la posizione è buona. La qualità dei servizi potrebbe essere migliore (ad es. Le pantofole sono molto economiche) per il prezzo. Non mi piaceva la soluzione per il bagno con una sola porta sia per il bagno che per la doccia.

La nostra prima reazione all'arrivo in questo hotel è stata semplicemente, come in nome di Dio affronteremo questa collina? È stata la collina più ripida che abbia mai dovuto affrontare con i bagagli. Abbiamo quasi perso le valigie quando hanno iniziato a rotolare giù. Il servizio andava bene. Niente di entusiasmante e le dotazioni erano molto semplici. Nessuna vestaglia in vista. La pressione dell'acqua era ottima

Clean and tidy, relatively spacious comparing with other hotels near the area of similar price range, and got upgraded for free.

Front desk service is good. Room is clean and the size is better than my expectation. Closed to bar and restaurant

I think the hotel itself was good. Very small room, but it was relatively clean and the staff were nice. The location is far from the station and you have to walk up the stairs to get to the hotel,, I went during peak summer so it was a bit tiring going up the stairs. But overall, the experience was good. There were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to lots of good areas for bars and restaurants. It’s also very near to the metro so you can get everywhere quickly and easily. The rooms themselves are really good size for HK and had nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It’s for sure a luxury experience when it comes to the rooms. I wasn’t as impressed with the staff as the lift keys don’t work very well which means you have to ride it up and down trying to get your floor number to ping. I talked to the desk about it and they acted like I was just being an ***** but we saw multiple guests struggle with the same problem and others complaining. Own it and get it fixed don’t pretend it’s not a problem. No restaurant on site is also a disappointment for a higher end hotel as we would have loved to order room service. People complained about the hill but we didn’t find it too bad plus it’s HK what do you expect? Overall the pros far outweigh the cons here I would stay here again for sure it’s a great choice at the price for HK

The location wasn't bad but the slope could be a challenge for some people. Guests could go to B1 and use the other way round. The room is comfortable and decent size. I stayed there last year and chose to stay there again. That explained.

This stay over was only for a few hours between a flight and a train. The hotel isn't far from the train station which made it very convenient. Additionally, it is near many bars and restaurants that were open really late and we were able to get a meal at 1am after many hours of flying. There are also 7 elevens nearby, foot massage places and an ATM which is extremely important if you're needing to take a cab. The manager was kind enough to help call us a cab in the morning and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in the area.

Generally a nice hotel, the area is great, room was decent sized. I think some of the staff could have been a bit more welcoming/kind. Room cards were finicky and often didn't work. I'd return though :) Didn't see the restaurant open, and no breakfast options, also couldn't find a room service menu.

Nice room. Love the fact they had everything (amenities). Room is pretty spacious too.
