La posizione è ottima, non troppo lontano dal mtr. Mtr Exit ha una scala mobile, molto utile se viaggi con bagagli e bambini. Il personale è stato molto utile. Anche l'hotel è pulito. C'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24 proprio sotto l'hotel.

L'hotel ha fornito una soluzione chimica (detersivo per la toilette) in un'acqua in bottiglia come acqua in bottiglia gratuita. (Prendi nota: l'hotel ha riconosciuto che si tratta di un gel di soluzione detergente). Dopo aver sollevato la questione con loro, l'hotel non è riuscito a comprendere la gravità dell'incidente, manca il senso di urgenza. Un tale pericolo per la salute soprattutto se consumato da chiunque.

Location is good and plenty of malls and shops around. You don’t need to go far for the train station.

I stay here regularly when on work trip. This time came with friend. Great location in Causeway Bay. Higher floor (10+) have good views either of the park or city/harbour. amazing rooftop bar. friendly staff all around the place

Great stay here would recommend the hotel is newly renovated and clean the rooms are spacious too

This hotel we stay at a few times and since then it has been updated and Reno , always good service , clean and modern , and a good breakfast There roof bar also is very good

Front door service is the best in hk, however my room was so old, toilet was looking old and smells, but still clean.

Very strategic location and the hotel room is spacious considering it is Hong Kong standard. Staff is accommodating.

Needed to request bed guard for young kid unlike other hotels that would suggest it when they see the young kid. But otherwise was accommodating in late checkout request.

That’s was amazing location. And the sky bar view and room view was very nice. Will come back again

Hotel location is very convenient and near to train station. Plenty of eateries and shops around. Just right opposite is Victoria Park. Check in process was a little slow. Probably due to peak timing but the staff ensured to speed things up. Overall our stay was great. Perhaps housekeeping could also clean under the bed as there were quite some dust underneath it.

always stay here when going back to hkg. central and convenient location, nearby you can find literally everything. the doorboys are the most welcoming and friendliest.

Over all prime location, decent bed and facilities in the room. The rooms are clean, but it does feel a bit dated and getting old.  Responsive service and friendly staff.
