The hotel room has very nice sea view and quite spacious. The facilities in the room are rather basic and the room condition has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit a few years ago when it was new. The breakfast is ok but the beverage is a bit not up to my expectation ( all juices, milk, coffee and tea are self service and coffee is not hot enough). The swimming pool has nice view but a bit cold.

This is the worst check-in service I have ever experienced among all the hotels I have stayed in. During check-in and check-out, they were still confirming my personal details and discovered discrepancies in the registration form. While I was checking in, the front desk staff were chit chatting among themselves One lady, in particular, kept talking about how hectic that day was, and I found out that she had given my original room to another guest during their conversation. After discovering the mistake, they showed no guilt and did not apologize. Instead, they discussed the mistakes she made. I was also shocked by their use of foul language, which I found extremely unprofessional. Throughout the process, I did not intervene in their conversation, and it took over 20 minutes for me to check in. It felt like they randomly assigned a room to me at the end. I understand the hotel isn’t a top-tier one, but I still cannot accept the conversation among the staff, the confusion, and the mix-up of guest information. When checking out, I was simply told that the staff were young & new, and that was it. Overall, this was a very poor experience. On the contrary, breakfast was good. The service attitude of the staff is commendable. She was friendly and willing to help.

A fabulous view and the breakfast though simple, is yummy. The rooftop area is a lovely photo-taking paradise.

A nice escape from city life in Sai Kung. The view from the hotel room was spectacular. The room was big and a bit unclean.

Poor experience! The hotel is of medium quality at best, but the rates are very high. it seems to have seen better times. The restaurant was closed, there was no service, the breakfast was just an omelette, no buffet. The air condition in the room was rattling and the temperature could not be adjusted. Nothing around, just a boat pier and boat repair shops.

The staff is friendly. The room and balcony are clean. Basic provisions. Family may find it convenient to have a basic kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, sink). Need a 10 minutes minibus ride to the town centre, but the minibuses arrive frequently. Will definitely consider to come back again.

Rooms are basic but adequate and clean. Very good shower. Breakfast is booked on checking in and you get only what you order which in my opinion is great as the it was very good and there is no buffet food wastage.

View from hotel was amazing, however, the room was not very clean and the service was not as not.

Comfy stay at the Pier. The view of sunrise totally made my day. The room is bigger than expected. One more thing quite unexpected is that there’s a washing machine in this premium ocean front room. On the other hand, the Japanese style breakfast is delicious with several choices. Recommended!!

Situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Saikung. Away from the crowds.The rooms are well equipped. We enjoy the stay very much

Our weekend at the Pier was simply magnificent. It might be a bit far from the city yes, but it wasn’t that hard to get to the hotel. We just took the green minibus 1A from choi hung mtr station and it was quite convenient. And we only found out that the hotel offered free shuttle bus services after we arrived. Anyway. The hotel room was so lovely. The room was really spacious and came with our own terrace. Everything was clean and neat. However, we couldn’t really see much of the water from our terrace. Also, each terrace was too closely located to one another. There wasn’t much near the hotel, but like it was very cozy.
