Eccellente hotel. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. In posizione ottimale. è raffinato. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Meravigliosa la.piscina con vista.Camere grandi e confortevoli.

Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla posizione e come fatto albergo , ho preso la vista sul Harbour mi hanno dato la stanza peggiore crede 1710 😢 la mattina non riuscivo a dormire perché la stanza di fianco aveva il matrimonio … un disastro urla la mattina presto

Guarda il passaporto sul pavimento! Consegna 🇨🇳 prima il passaporto alla stanza più bassa, al piano più basso e all'ultima stanza! Ovviamente ho sempre potuto verificare che ci fossero ancora camere disponibili per la prenotazione, ma insisto sempre che le camere sono al completo e non accetto di cambiare! Non c'è acqua minerale in bottiglia nella stanza, chiama la reception e chiedi una bottiglia da 50 yuan!

Ho prenotato il vostro hotel per molti anni e ogni volta ho sempre la sensazione che la vostra reception sia molto antiquata. Non sapevo che alcuni di voi avessero stanze libere. Si è rivelato essere un luogo per disabili bisognosi. Il lavandino in camera è molto piccolo e il bagno non ha porta. Come si chiede a due amici di vivere insieme? E quando ho prenotato la stanza, il prezzo era molto basso, solo 70 yuan in meno rispetto al prezzo di una stanza normale. Quando siamo arrivati ​​alla reception, ho detto alle mie due amiche che era molto imbarazzante perché non c'era la porta del bagno e lei ha anche detto in tono da lezione che dovremmo leggere attentamente quando prenotiamo una stanza! Chissà che quando scrivi che la camera dell'hotel è senza barriere architettoniche intendi lo scenario fuori dal letto, oppure che è originariamente per disabili! La sera questa stanza è piaciuta molto ai miei due amici e alla fine la reception ha organizzato il cambio della stanza alle 23 di sera!

The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent service and thanks for the front desk upgraded the room with full sea view for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Great thanks for the birthday card (nice drawing) and cake. Very good mattress and no disturbance and noise made even if getting on and off the bed at night. Free snacks and drinks. 👍🏻 The only point is a little bit slippery in the bathroom and I accidentally fell and got a little hurt. So we checked out a bit late.

As a usual at the Hotel Icon, this was by far the most satisfied we are with their service. Although the birthday cake surprise was ruined by the staff and the cake was found to be leaning (to be fair, no one checked on the condition of the cake during checkin), the amazing staff named Jonathan Yuen quickly made up for it. He made it his priority to help us find out what caused the cake incident and helped make our stay more enjoyable by providing us with various benefits. The cake and card placed in our room prior to checkout was also an amazing surprise!

It‘s my girlfriend’s birthday and I booked for celebration. The room was clean and the bath tub was large. The location is also convenient for travellers. Highly recommend here for your next stay. Special thanks for the arrangement by their duty manager Miss Shui, we got a free upgrade to a suite and a birthday gift and cake for my girlfriend.

We were nicely surprised that upon hearing that we were celebrating our anniversary, the concierge promptly upgraded our room and offered some delicious macarons. It was a memorable moment and we had a wonderful stay a the hotel Icon thank to Ms Vivian Yu

The hotel was great for preparing my girlfriend's birthday cake for the celebration and was free to upgrade the room type to a higher floor. All the staff were so lovely and helpful; I was very delighted to this hotel.

Love the view and the services . Will go back again if i visit hongkong

Stayed at Executive club room I like the breakfast with lots of choices but the cocktail area was not comfortable, the patrons who going to above and beyond keep passbook and the table was to low.
