SLEEEP is 400 metres from Mid-Levels Escalator and 600 metres from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. The nearest airport is Hong Kong International Airport, 22 km away from the property Each patented capsule is equipped with multiple USB and plug sockets, adjustable magnetic felt blackout, responsive lighting, not forgetting organic cotton pillows (both vegan eco-down and memory foam), a soft or firm mattress, and either a light or heavy duvet. Personalized experience from check-in to check-out service is provided at SLEEEP. There is also concierge service at the property. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

of course being a technology driven hostel with no staff, help was definitely an issue which i faced as well as other hostel mates, where we had to wait for replies on messaging apps in order to get help as there wont be any staff
that said, the place is a very cool and unique concept, and id certainly stay here again because everywhere else in the area is way more expensive

Do not go!!! This is a 30sqm room with 8 beds on it. The access is only by stairs, and you’ll see some friendly cockroaches greeting you at the entrance.
They charge $10 usd to leave a bag for a couple hours. Very bad experience, definitely avoid this one.

It would be better to explain more about the access on how to get to the hostel, so those who on transit flight with huge luggage can aware and know that the hostel is located in the middle of steep staircase. So whoever is going to book the hostel will be able to prepare for it, but everything else were good tho.

The sleeping pod itself was clean, but everything else is kind of falling apart. Most unacceptable was the lack of hot water in the shower.
The entrance is located in the middle of a dodgy stairway and there was no signage at street level. Would have missed it had I not walked by previously.
Beside these inconveniences, everything was pretty straightforward and got the job done.

Location is nice, easy check in and comfortable capsule with a cover. Bathroom is big and has everything you need (soap, shower gel, etc.). However, the showers could be cleaner.
