非常滿意：衞生很乾凈，看得出是很有心去清潔的。環境算是可以的了，畢竟物有所值。服務也很周到。周邊吃喝玩樂都十分方便。值得推薦

總體滿意。地段好，銅鑼灣地鐵A口出來左轉5分鐘。房間整潔衞生，收拾得井井有條。屋裡安靜，窗簾遮光，睡得很好。浴室出熱水很快，但沒有做乾濕分離，多少影響了些衞生。洗臉池偏小，縮在牆角。如能配一雙一次性拖鞋就更好。老闆很熱情。住得性價比很好，推薦。

服務很貼心，介紹美食，還介紹每一處景點交通路線。房間超乾淨，床上用品摸下去感覺爽爽的，很適合我這種特別愛乾淨的人。下次還來

前台24小時，有人值班，態度不錯，可以延遲一點點退房。
地理位置核心區域很好！
房間是很小，但是洗手間是獨立的。

I understand that the room has to be really small in HK… see photo attached. That was fine. However the problem with subdividing a place like this is you have to use good soundproofing!!!
It was soooo bad that when the receptionist 10 feet away said “hello” I could hear it through a closed door and my ear plugs!
It was soooo bad that I actually had to sleep elsewhere with a friend the second night of my trip….
Less of a concern for me: the air conditioning was a bit broken… it was very strong and I tried to turn it down but it still blasted air. Yet when I turned it off the room was very damp and moist and it felt harder to breathe.

It is totally unsuitable to English speaking people as staff could not speak a word of English or read a word of English, the booking details were under the wrong hotel name, the hallway was congested with spare linen and rubbish, there was no clear way to register, The room was OK but very small but the bathroom fittings were a very, very poor standard and quality. Overall, I would rate this hotel a two out of 10.
