Secondo soggiorno in questo hotel quest'anno. Suggerimento: se preferite un soggiorno più tranquillo, evitate le camere con vista sulla città. Un addetto alla reception è entrato nella mia stanza senza preavviso 15 minuti dopo il check-in ed è entrato nella mia stanza, non so perché. Nel complesso è comunque un soggiorno di una notte decente, considerando il prezzo.

Si dice che sia un hotel nuovo, ma è nuovo in ogni aspetto. Ma la qualità del servizio è terribile Anche se ho chiesto un asciugamano in più, hanno detto che non ne avevo uno. Il processo di check-in è completamente disumano La cosa ancora più divertente è che dopo il check-out ho ricevuto una chiamata dall'hotel per verificare se avevo fatto il check-out e quando lo avrei fatto! ! !

All good only thing to improve is the staff they are great but just a bit more passionate and efficient , sometimes they are reluctant and missed out the key point .

位置:近地鐵同商場，近海洋公園 Check in: 快，按金$500，被upgrade到豪華房，不過近升降機。 升降機: 夠大，比較暗 走廊:沒有異味，全酒店是禁煙的😚 Mini bar: 有茶包咖啡，有簡單餐具，雪櫃極好，有微波爐。不過微波爐的燈一直亮著，關不了，晚上好光。。。另外，沒有水，要飲用水就要去common kitchen或酒店大堂找水機(毎個樓層沒有水機) 浴室:正常，乾淨，沒有異味，毛巾沒有污漬。去水快，水力十足，水溫穩定。抽氣一流。 床:舒服 Common kitchen: 3樓，要拍咭才可以進去 房間隔音正常，不過時不時感覺到震動(可能是附近有工程)

酒店位置鄰近黃竹坑站，B出口沿行人天橋可直達。 員外服務友善，房間乾淨整潔，有微波爐。 不過深夜附近沒有便利店營業，只能叫外賣

超出預期! 非常新!非常乾淨! 房間超大! 有洗烘一體機，微波爐，3層公共工區域有咖啡機，電飯煲，麪包機，電磁爐等。 床也很舒服! 雖然位置比較偏，但地鐵2站也到金鐘了~ 下次來還住這裏~
