Al momento del check-in, il personale della reception ha visto che c'erano due persone e ha suggerito di passare dalla camera con letto matrimoniale a una camera con due letti singoli. Offrivano anche altri souvenir. Si consiglia ai viaggiatori di prendere l'uscita D della stazione MTR di Wanchai, una strada dritta senza attraversare il ponte pedonale, e di fermarsi di nuovo a Hong Kong
