Just 12 blocks from Yuengling Brewery, and a short drive to downtown, The Carol is centrally located within the city.The spaceThe first floor includes a spacious living room with modern and classic furniture and a Smart TV, a dining room that can comfortably host dinner for 8 people, and a brand new fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the original farmhouse sink from 1930. Finishing off the first floor is the covered back porch including new patio furniture and string lights. The second floor includes the first full bathroom equipped with the original clawfoot tub restored with a new shower unit. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom with a full sized bed and Smart TV. The master suite with a king size bed and Smart TV is also on the second floor, and this includes a very large bathroom with double sinks and a 5-foot tile and glass shower. The third floor includes the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
