Relax in this spacious 1 bedroom condo. During the summer you can relax in the indoor and outdoor pools (closed off season). From this condo you can walk to a number of local restaurants and sights so you can enjoy your vacation rather than sitting in traffic. It is also across from the Ogunquit Playhouse.The spaceWe hope that you enjoy your stay at our condo at the Seafarer. You are located across the street from the Ogunquit Playhouse, a nice 0.8mi walk to Perkins Cove, and 0.6mi to the center of town. Unit 225 is on the ground floor. Living room: There is a spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and 4 seat dining table. The couch is a pullout couch with a queen sized mattress. There is a Roku tv above a beautiful electric stove. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen with a tub and shower combination.Bedroom: The only bedroom has a King sized bed with a Nectar memory foam mattress. There is another Roku smart tv to relax after a great day at the beach. There is also a desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse if you are working while getting away. The second bathroom is off of the bedroom with a beautiful new shower with glass enclosure. Pool: There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool at the property. The indoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until a point in September determined by the weather.Parking: There are two parking spots for this unit.
