The open kitchen has bar seating and all the essentials for making great meals plus several seating areas, a private balcony, dedicated workspace & comfy bedroom. The Space Our apartment’s phenomenal open social space consists of upscale living, dining, and kitchen areas. You’ll have a number of seating and eating options as there is bar seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table for four. Plus, since the living room’s furniture and accessories are gorgeous, you can eat in style while watching a favorite movie or show. Being a downtown space, don’t be surprised if you find the balcony welcoming you to share a drink or snack together outside, day or night, too. For a relaxing, sound sleep, the bedroom at Lansing Place has a king bed as well as wonderful natural light from the large sliding door leading to the private balcony. There is also has a flat-screen TV for viewing your favorite movies and TV shows from the comfort of your own bed. For more sleeping options, there is a queen Murphy bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin pull out bed in the living room. Upgraded and stylish, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and top-quality fixtures, and the same modern design aesthetic is found in the half bath. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, and additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, Covered parking spots 19 & 23 located behind the building are available for use by our guests to use. Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level. No smoking inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine. Other general rules: 1. Please be Respectful to our neighbors 2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times. 3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm. 4. Outside amplified music is prohibited. 5. Cars should be parked in the in spot 19 or 23. 6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property. 7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood. 8. Please lock all doors and windows 9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. There are fifteen parking spots in this eleven unit building. Parking is in the rear and side of the building. You are free to park in any spot you'd like :) Apartment #12 is located a couple steps up on the third level when you come in the back of the building, it will be on your left. This unit has a Queen bed in the bedroom. It also had a queen sized pull out sofa in the main living area. The space is best for 2-4 people. This is an older brick, eleven unit apartment building located in an industrial area of Lansing. With an older building like ours comes older building things like thinner walls and a creaking pipe from time to time. Most people have no issue with this. Some even prefer the old charm. But, understandably some do not. If you are someone that is sensitive to these type of things this may not be the building for you (though we hope it is). We try to have something for everyone! This urban area of Lansing mostly consisting of apartment buildings and the main attraction, the Capital City Lansing Airport. We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything in Lansing and East Lansing also.
