房間環境真的很乾凈，前台小姐姐很美很熱情，前台小哥哥也很有禮貌，司機黃師傅也非常贊，態度超好，每次接送都很及時！入住第一天晚上前台小姐姐還送了小食盒，雖然非常不幸遇到了沒有熱水的情況，但是據説是整個景區用水太多，導致啥來着（忘了），這個和酒店影響不大，（而且我入住九寨溝之前，看到很多酒店都有熱水不足情況，這個完全不會影響到我下次入住這個酒店的想法）並且前台小哥哥給我們拿了一個盆我們自己可以燒熱水洗漱。而且第二天晚上熱水就很nice。第二天晚上遇到跳閘情況，前台小哥哥也馬上搬梯子幫我們弄了一下線路，也馬上好了，完全沒有影響到什麼，所以酒店整體可以打五分，入住體驗滿分！

獨自旅遊想找個清靜的民宿，結果景區附近走遍了沒找到一個合適的，環境一般價格還死貴，網上一搜竟然推送了一家縣城裡麪的，看了評論和網上圖片雖説有點遠但還是決定去看看，到了目的地確實沒讓我失望，從進門口就覺得設計很不錯，服務員很熱情，帶着去看的是提前開好地暖的房間，一進去就愛上舍不得出來了，果斷下單，房間裏面還有個超大湯池，這下雪天走了一天回來泡了個温泉簡直太爽了，早餐也很豐富，性價比太高了！！！這在景區不要一千都得八百，強烈推薦各位驢友親自來感受一下

Hotel staff is very friendly. We tell them ahead of time when we want to go to Jiuzhaigou and when we want to leave for the bus stop. They will schedule you in and pick you up and drop you off. That is very convenient as the hotel is not super close to Jiuzhaigou. Con: I did not like the disposable towels. I much prefer just regular towels. Having one key card is not very convenient for us since we have 3 adults.
