This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit with balcony overlooking the shops and restaurants on Minaret Road (Hwy 203) in the heart of the Village at Mammoth. The Village at Mammoth has everything you need for every season.One of the bedrooms is an en suite (private bathroom). The unit accommodates up to 8 people in your choice of 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and an additional pullout queen sofa in living room. The suite is just steps away to winter/summer activities, restaurants, shops and more. Some suites in the village claim to be ski in/ski out but, here it is more like ride the gondola out and ski back. Once you arrive in the underground parking you never need to drive again. We have one parking pass available in the unit once you check-in. Other nearby paid parking is available as well.The Village gondola is only a few steps away or you can conveniently walk across the street to the free shuttle stop before the Main Lodge. In the summer, you can watch concerts, fireworks, or other shows in the Main Village Square. Our balcony looks over Minaret Road so there's always good people watching. There are are also activities, festivals, restaurants, shops, biking, hiking, horseback, water activities and more. The suite has a large kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. There is a general store on the first floor with groceries, alcohol and necessities if you forget anything for your trip. Price of unit includes all the resort amenities including Free Village Wifi, heated resort pool, 3 hot tubs, 3 outdoor fire rings, and 3 fitness centers. Our building (White Mountain Lodge) also has a private hot tub and workout room for guests. The entire building is handicap accessible and we are near the elevator so it is very easy to get too and from your vehicle or the gondola!The suite is a few steps from Vida Coffee serving some of the best coffee and treats on the mountain. It just doesn't get any more convenient than this. They have great breakfast items and pastries to fuel you up for the day.The suite includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. That means no lugging up cases of drinking water during your stay. Most suites only have highly chlorinated tap water available, purified drinking water is an absolute must at 8,000 feet. Val D'Isere is a great alternative to staying at the expensive condominiums in the Village. This property is just across the street! In the morning, it is just a short walk to the Gondola to the Canyon Lodge lifts. During the evening, you'll have no need for a car. Simply walk to Mammoth's newest restaurants, shops, and nightclubs; then return home to a much quieter location with no Village noise below your room! There is also a BBQ at the pool in the summer as well as a common area laundry room in addition to our laundry in the condo. Two car parking is available right by the condo. Extra parking is available upon request. Our Condo is next to the New Ski Back Trail, at the bridge that crosses into the Village, as well as the Mountain Bike Trail to the Village. Ski, bike and hike in the beautiful woods just outside!Why the Owner Chose Val D'Isere:: With our condo in the Val D'Isere complex across from the Village and next to the ski back trail, it is in the perfect spot for winter skiing and summer hiking and biking right from our parking area. Great skiing and boarding in winter and late spring. This is a beautiful condominium steps from the Village and Gondola. It is a nonsmoking, 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom unit with 4 bathrooms and a 5 star rating for comfort, location, interior decor and great facilities! We have extra cleaning practices in place as well as contactless check in and check out procedures. Great WIFI for working from here. Park your cars once you get there in a covered, heated garage and no need to use it to get to slopes, the Village or around town.It comes fully furnished with fully stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom towels, toiletries, full size washer and dryer, blow dryers (1 wall-mounted in each bathroom downstairs and 1 in upstairs bathroom), iron and full-size ironing board . There are 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies with views of the Sherwin mountains (balcony off of living room has full size propane BBQ and high top bistro table with 4 barstools). There are 2 indoor, secured, heated parking spaces in the garage building for our complex, heated driveway and walkways from garage to building entrance and heated sidewalks to the Village. Our complex also has a recreation room building with year-round heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong table, pool table, foosball table and sitting lounge. Condo is just steps to the Village amenities: dining, shopping, mountain services (ticketing, rentals), Gondola to Canyon Lodge, nightlife, cocktails, convenience store, fun events and family happenings. Condo is 3 levels - main level is kitchen, living room, fireplace, large flat screen HD TV, bathroom, outdoor balcony; bottom level is 2 bedrooms (primary bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed and downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed), 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and each bedroom has a flat screen HD TV; 3rd level is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds (each bunk is a full on bottom and twin on top) as well as 2 other twin beds, full size bathroom and large flat screen HD TV, free WIFI. Also, please note there are narrow, spiral stairs to get to each level inside the condo. You can access the living room/kitchen level and the downstairs bedrooms via the elevator in the hallway, but the only access to the upstairs 3rd level bedroom/bunk area is via the spiral stairs. The footbridge at the base of the condo leads to the path for hiking or biking. The free shuttle and lake trail trolley picks up and drops off across the street from the condo.
