We are located on the 8th floor, so it is limited, but some light sleepers have mentioned it.- We have blackout curtains/shades in both bedrooms. While this blocks out 95-99% of the light, there may some a small amount of light that comes through on the sides. But it is very limited.- We have 2 A/C units located in the unit. One for the master bedroom and one for the living room area and second bedroom. The building (including the A/C units) are less than 10 years old and serviced regularly. Some light sleeper guests have stated it can be loud for them. However, most of the time, the A/C is not needed in the evening so we recommend keeping it off and/or running the A/C prior to going to bed to cool the room.- We have a very high occupancy rate, so we are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins so plan your arrival accordingly. If you need recommendations on where to spend time prior to check-in, please let us know and we are happy to help!- We have temperature locks on the thermostats. You are able to control the temperature between 70-85 degrees.
