Il Tekoma Resort è un po’ come stare a casa.
Abbiamo da subito avuto una comunicazione fantastica con Sophia la ragazza che lavora in reception. È stata gentilissima, sempre pronta a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande con un meraviglioso sorriso.
Ha organizzato il nostro pick up alla stazione dei bus il giorno del nostro arrivo.
La struttura si trova in salita ma hanno il servizio navetta e comunque ci vogliono solo 7 minuti a piedi per scendere in centro e qualche minuto in più per risalire. Molto vicino anche al trail numero 10 e 6.
Mr Chan ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci in autonomia alle Cameron Highlands.
Ahimè non ricordo il nome del ragazzo del servizio navetta. Anche lui sempre sorridente.
La colazione ottima, sopratutto per chi come me ama il salato (c’è di tutto)
Bollitore in camera e acqua refill a disposizione nei corridoi.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Fantastico
UUtente anonimoHad a great time at this boutique hotel. It’s relatively new and adopt a very interesting design concept. They only have 10 rooms I think. The landscaping around the hotel was really nice. The location of this place is in Tanah Rata, so it’s not as crowded as Brinchang, also it’s not as congested in terms of traffic. You only get one car park per room. It’s situated right at the end of the street, quite secluded and very private.
There’s no one waiting during check in, basically, you text a number and someone comes out to give you keys to your room and ask for breakfast selection for the following morning. All communication was done through the WhatsApp. We also asked for extra towels and shampoo, owners were very courteous and generous.
Felt very safe for my family with young children could just roam around freely. In terms of amenities, there’s no swimming pool or gym facilities. But there’s a place to do bbq and gather in the common area. They give you the auto gate lock if you were to drive out and come back late at night, you can allow yourself in and lock the gate yourself.
In the morning you can hear very loud bird chirping. The air was very fresh! But we were awoken by the loud noise of grass trimming from next door, some government office. There’s also a dormitory next door and you can hear evening prayers.
Nearby, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants whereby you will find no problems settling your meals, about 5 mins walk down to the Main Street.
Just a few things to note :
- There’s a lot of stairs and if you have elderly in your entourage, it is not very convenient getting to the room. You may ask for ground floor rooms of course. The stairs worked super well for my children though, they just enjoyed going up and down so much!
- We booked loft rooms. The toilet and bath tub is located next to the main door. It’s open concept, meaning if you were to take a shower at night or go to toilet, it’s going to be cold.
- The beds are on the top floor, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs.
- The bathtub and shower design is not so convenient for young children or elderly.
- Breakfast comes in very cute tiffin boxes. They place it outside your door around 8 plus. However, I always couldn’t catch their delivery on time, and most times the food is rather cold already.
Overall, I still enjoyed my stay very much. I think would very suitable for young couples, and groups of young travelers.

NNORSHARIDAL'ambiente è ok, carino e bello, anche l'addetto alla reception è molto bravo e cordiale, anche i servizi in camera sono ok, abbastanza, ma le strutture non sono troppo buone, la stanza non ha la TV, anche la TV nella hall si guasta, mio figlio si sente così annoiato, la spina è solo due in camera, l'asse da stiro si trova nella stanza esterna.. Anche la stanza non è troppo grande.. Anche il parcheggio è limitato, primo arrivato, primo servito.. L'ospite non è autorizzato a portare e mangiare camera. L'ospite inoltre non è autorizzato a fumare in camera, ma l'area fumatori è prevista all'esterno della camera. L'hotel si trova di fronte al PPD Cameron Highlands e all'ostello della scuola secondaria, quindi la sera puoi vedere e ascoltare la voce dello studente che gioca a sport.

MMunyu LamThe hotel is nice and cosy, not the budget hotel type that will overhead the noises. But the bike rental is slightly higher than the hotel that just less than 1 min walking distance. Other than that, everything is good. They provided an unlimited free flow of coffee and biscuits.

BBeck_This place is a really mixed bag. I stayed in the female dorm and the room itself was ok. There was a super uncomfortable sofa in there but it was ok. The problem was the bathroom. There was one toilet with a shower in it. This was for the boys and the girls dorm to share as well as the staff using it, so if you needed to use the loo desperately you were out of luck. The shower was also not enclosed so the toilet seat and floor was soaking wet about 1/3 of the time and there was no hot water for the 3 days I was there. The guy who worked at reception was also very loud and practically yelled when he answered the phone or talked to someone at night. The outside area was lovely with lots of seats and free tea and coffee was nice.
I'm sure it would be nice (if a bit loud)if you were booking a room with an ensuite but if you plan to stay in a dorm, the bathroom situation is awful and I wouldn't stay again.

SSeqsyuttQuesta è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto qui, e ho avuto poche notti per questo giro e mi piaceva questo appartamento spazioso e pulito. Il signor Noyon è un uomo di manutenzione a terra e utile. Egli è venuto poche volte per aiutarmi quando ho bisogno di assistere nella cassetta chiave, la TV e cambiare la luce in massa nel lavandino.
Questo appartamento, in una posizione strategica di circa 5 minuti di auto per la zona di Tanah Rata e la stazione di autobus. A proposito, è agevolmente gratuito per nutrire il tuo mucchio, poiché ci sono alcuni ristoranti locali e stazioni di comodità
E' un valore e se avessi la possibilità di tornare qui in futuro, questo sarebbe certamente la mia prima scelta per cuore e consigliare con forza a tutti i miei amici. Grazie per il vostro servizio incondizionato e ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al vostro posto
