There is a separate lakeside sauna and a grill hut by the shore. The property includes a private pier and a rowing boat. A canoe and a SUP board are also available for guests. The wooden cabin, built in 1996, was elegantly renovated in 2022. It features a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living area with a sofa set and a heat-storing fireplace. The living area also has an air-source heat pump for cooling and heating. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds, a TV room with glass doors, and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed measuring 140 x 190 cm for two people. The upper floor has a sleeping area with two beds. Additionally, there are three foldable floor mattresses upstairs which can be used as alternative sleeping options for children. The spacious terrace offers a great view of the shore and the lake. The beach is deep (4 m) from the water's edge, and is therefore not suitable for non-swimmers or small children. A separate lakeside sauna, built in 2023, is equipped with a wood-burning stove. In the summer, cold water is available via a tap. The lakeside sauna can also be used in the winter, but water must be carried from the lake or the cabin. The lakeside sauna has a separate dressing room with a sofa and a refrigerator. There is also a cozy grill hut by the shore. The grassy yard features a children’s play area with two swings and a slide. The sunny plot has ample space for multiple cars. The yard is grassy, and since there are no obstructive trees, sunlight shines on the plot all day. The cabin is equipped with security cameras, which are turned off when the cabin is rented.
