Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 3 notti ma il soggiorno è stato così piacevole che abbiamo deciso di prolungare per altri 3 giorni. Hotel meraviglioso, colazione a buffet ricca , piscina grande, camera perfetta grande e confortevole, il servizio in camera eccellente. Per quanto riguarda la reception siamo state accolti con un grande calore e simpatia da Sophie, una ragazza intelligente, preparata, attenta ad ogni sua esigenza, di una gentilezza infinità, sempre sorridente e dolce. Se decidete di venire in questo hotel, chiedete di lei, saprà darvi felici e sentire a casa.

After carefully considering a dozen options for a wedding venue along the coast between Da Nang and Hoi Anh we chose Palm Garden resort, and were very thankful to have done so. We had established a series of criteria which included a) welcoming outdoor beach-front setting, b) attentive yet modest staff, c) clean and comfortable rooms, and d) an engaging and supportive event manager. Palm garden had all 4, and we were particularly pleased with the overall comfort our guests experienced throughout their stay. Our event manager, Ms. Truc gave us a positive impression when we first met and was very responsive throughout the 4 months of detailed preparations and planning with family members from the US, Europe and Viet Nam all actively involved ! The ceremony itself, as well as the reception, dinner and evening activities ran vey smoothly and the staff were attentive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended venue and event managing team! Thank you!

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

Stayed here with a couple of friends and we loved the location! It’s so convenient to get to most places by foot or Grab cars were plentiful with it arriving within 1-2 minutes usually. For in town travels, the ride will only cost $1-2USD. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but was nice to have a dip on a hot day. The rooms had a beautiful lemongrass smell to them. It’s definitely more expensive than most places in town, but would highly recommend this location where you’re close to everything, but not in the busiest part of town.

E' un posto così bello per stare. Ho soggiornato solo per una notte. Se lo avessi saputo prima, avrei soggiornato più notti. L'ambiente è grande per il relax. Il personale ha aggiornato la mia stanza per la vista della piscina con un balcone. La vista è fuori descrizione. Lo amo così tanto.Posso sedermi li' e godermi da sola per ore. Ho dimenticato di portare con me il mio adattatore. Il personale mi ha aiutato a trovare un negozio locale per comprare un nuovo adattatore. Molto grato per il suo aiuto. L'unica cosa che non va è che è un po' lontano dal centro della città e difficile da raggiungere, ma non mi lamenterò, dato l'esperienza che ho avuto in questo hotel.

Ottimo albergo, Personale molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Quando tornerò sicuramente farò loro nuovamente una visita. Se poi siete in coppia ve lo consiglio vivamente. Quando tornerò in Italia consiglierò al mio Agente di Viaggio questo Slbergo.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

Convenient location. Next to Hoi An night market and riverside. Plenty of restaurants food stalls and shops and attractions.

La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative!si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal centro,il resort mette a disposizione una navetta ad orari prestabiliti da/per il centro e per la spiaggia ma con pochi euro si può andare liberamente col taxi.Dopo giornate nella confusione, è stata la nostra oasi di pace.Immerso nella natura con una bella piscina,biciclette a disposizione ,biliardo e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.Un grazie speciale a Thuy e Thuong che sono state sempre gentilissime,sorridenti e disponibili. Per il mio compleanno mi hanno regalato anche una torta e appena arrivati ci hanno regalato anche un massaggio.Camera bella,pulita,spaziosa e luminosa.Che dire,10 e lode!

Questo è stato probabilmente uno dei più bellissimi hotel boutique che abbia mai soggiornato.Che mi piacesse la vista dal balcone o camminava intorno alla proprietà e alla spiaggia, mi sentivo come se fossi circondato da bellezza e pace. Tutti erano gentili e il servizio era impeccabile. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e il cibo era grande, soprattutto il caffè vietnamita!
