It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Definitely recommend Mulberry, it is close to old town yet not too close, very convenient to get Grab and there are also shuttle buses to old town or beach. The entire ambience of the place is top notch, love the beautiful timeless decoration and design. It is well kept and clean, the staff are polite. The room is big and bed very comfortable. I have a lil balcony overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable and relaxing. There is also an adequate gym, 2 swimming pools, and good variety of breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, honestly, look no further. Mulberry resort is a good one.

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

Grande camera e bagno con bagno a vignetta. Passeggiabile alla strada principale e alla vecchia città. Servizio amichevole e attento. Piscina piccola ma non abbiamo trascorso tempo li. Perfetto luogo per iniziare e finire il tuo Hoi An adventure!

Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

Abbiamo controllato tardi alla notte! Le negozi erano chiuse! Eravamo fame! Non c'era cibo disponibile in hotel! Benvenuti a bere n torte fornite ma quando chiese di più torte come non abbiamo cenato! Non c'era nessuno dato:(....... la prima notte l'aria condizionata della stanza non funzionava!! La seconda notte è stata data una stanza migliore con un airconditioning!.In generale è un buon servizio, ma penso che il lato inferiore si verificasse tardi :(

6.3~6.5일까지 2박일정을 호이안에서 보냈네요! 일단 넓고 잘 정리된 자연속에 방갈로의 룸은 너무 좋있아요. 저희는 라군 방갈로이어서 베란다로 나가면 라군이 보이는 뷰였어요. 조용하고 깨끗하고 벌레는 하나도 없었고 저녁에 도마배 두마리에 딸이 너무 좋아했어요. (방으론 들어오지 않았어요!!) 조식은 적당히 있었고 종류는 많지는 않았지만, 사실 딸이 늦잠자서 제가 몇몇가지를 룸으로 챙겨가도 되겠냐하니 접시에 잘 담아서 랩핑을 해주었습니다. 사실 서비스나 친절도는 최고였습니다. 호이안에서는 차로10뷴거리지만 셔틀이 있어서 다니는데 불편함이 없었고, 제가 충전케이블이 고장이나서 밤새 충전이 하나도 안되서 급하게 사야했는데 셔틀이 중간에 구매할수 있게 도와줘서 저의 급한 상황을 도와주었습니다. 해변도 가까워서 프라이빗한 비치를 즐겼고, 라군에서 카약도 즐길수 있었지만,딸이 늦잠을 즐기느라 아침부터 바쁘게 못 움직여서 이용을 못해본게 아쉽습니다. 다음에도 여기 찾을거 같구요!!이미 지인들에게 여기 추천하고 있습니다!! 사람들 많이 마주치지않고 조용하게 또 나의 저택같은 느낌을 즐기실려면 추천해요👍전 가성비 최고로 조용히 편하게 쉬고 왔어요!!

Il mio 12 anni voleva scrivere la recensione 😊: La siesta è un fantastico mini-resort con quattro piscine. Mi piaceva avere una scelta in quale tipo di piscina da nuotare, ad esempio una piscina infinita o una più bassa. I succhi e le bevande sono tutti molto raffreddanti. Ci sono stati due ristoranti, uno con cibo occidentale e l'altro con cibo vietnamita. Tutto è stato delizioso. Il personale è tutto super gentile e amichevole e si riceve una bevanda di benvenuto fresco mentre si accede. L'hotel sembrava stupendo e stupendo. E anche se si trova vicino a una strada principale, tutto il suono è inascoltato. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo guidato alcune biciclette in città che non è così lontano. La siesta è così buona che abbiamo deciso di tornare dopo 2 giorni! Vi il nostro consigliere di benvenuto è stato sorprendente, come tutti i membri del personale del ristorante e il signore che ci ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio.

新しいピカピカの華美なホテルではなく、落ち着いた雰囲気がとても良かったです。宿泊者は年配の欧米人が多かったように思います。旧市街の街外れにあり、喧騒とは無縁。でも観光地の中心街へは徒歩で行けます。無料のレンタサイクルも利用しました。 プールはあまり広くはないけど、暑い時期に体をクールダウンさせるには充分。みなさん読書しながらのんびり過ごしていました。プールサイドのミニバーでいただいた、ベトナム式アイスミルクコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。 朝食ビュッフェは目移りするほどたくさんのお料理が並び、どれも美味。早朝チェックアウトだったので、最終日朝食が食べられなかったのですが、大きなボックスにパンやフルーツを詰めてテイクアウトを用意してくれました。 ダナンのビーチリゾートも気になりましたが、ホイアンメインで観光するなら、こちらのホテルがおすすめです。

Wonderful greeting with comprehensive but succinct overview of all services. Lovely room overlooking pool. Breakfasts are delicious with huge variety and high quality. Minor problem with a bill got sorted out very quickly by a text message. The location is perfect to walk to where all the action is, and importantly a nice walk back after eating dinner. Would stay again
