Good service

The boutique hotel have a signature indochine design which is very nice . The employee are very nice and enthusiastic. However at this level of price ( $200/ night) , the hotel itself are a bit stingy on the facilities. For ex the tissues and toilet paper are sooo thin, even the recycle bags for slipper they put price on it to prevent someone steal ??. Club wing Breakfast are in the new restaurant which are considered like higher level, but the choices of food are very limited. On the 2nd time i took salad, there just had 2 leaves left , i ask the service if i could have more, they said already dont have to refill. That was just 8:30 am. Beside, some melon were even go to bad . All the juice like water with color and taste of food probally not good except eggs.

Our stay at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! The resort is stunning, with its beautiful architecture and tranquil surroundings creating the perfect retreat. We were delighted to stay in the Classic Grand Suite, which was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The luxurious jacuzzi bathtub added an extra touch of indulgence. The resort’s thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary bicycles, made exploring the picturesque streets of Hoi An even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding, and the Eggs Benedict was a definite highlight—perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Hung also went above and beyond by assisting us in securing a reservation at Morning Glory Signature Restaurant for dinner, which was an amazing dining experience. The combination of the resort’s breathtaking beauty, excellent amenities, and exceptional service made our stay truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Hung and the entire team at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect resort with perfect weather. Wish to stay in another type of room.

This is a four star hotel. It is not a five star hotel as clearly indicated on the front certificate. It is incorrectly represented by trip.com. As a four star it is a very good option. As a five star it is definitely far below average.

Lovely hotel. The room was clean and a great size. The breakfast was good and the hotel restaurant in the evening was good too. The main center is 15 min walk away. The hotel has a shuttle which was useful which drops you off hourly.

Good services for everything, everyone are nice and friendly especially the lady name HANG. Really a good hotel in HoiAn, definitely will go back again.

Amazing grounds, so beautiful. Gym was small but good. 4 pools, the infinity is the best for a quiet time Breakfast was a good variety

Amazing gem of a place , the staff are all so amazing , the food is fabulous , beautiful swim up bar with the most warm and welcoming staff there as well , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a large group , the hotel was always accommodating, this is our second stay and won't be our last

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

It is an adorable hotel with the star-of-the-art facilities. With great hospitality, the staff present a high level of professionalism. They can speak good English and were very willing to communicate with guests. It was nice stay and I would very much recommend this hotel to other people.

We love this hotel. It is charming and service was excellent.
