The hotel is located around 2 km away from the ancient downtown. They provide free shuttle bus at 9am and 3pm everyday which is super rare. There are mosquitoes in the room. The reception can’t speak English properly who didnt clear state the breakfast serving time which made us miss our breakfast. I would suggest they provide the important information in the note instead of relying the reception.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking both comfort and affordability!

The resort is far away from the town centre. They provide shuttle bus to the town centre but only one way and not for coming back.

I had an amazing time at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa . The resort's proximity to the Old Town made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained swimming pool was a highlight, offering a serene oasis amidst bustling surroundings. There were numerous Instagram-worthy corners around the resort, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Additionally, the breakfast choices were plentiful and delectable, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff's hospitality exceeded my expectations, as they eagerly shared insider tips on local eateries, attractions, and transportation options, enhancing my overall experience

The location is not very good and the service standard is not stable as well

It is good but it is a little bit far from old town

We booked this resort because we wanted to watch the memory show. The location of the resort is within walking distance from the impression theme park and hence the convenience. The resort service was okay and rooms are clean. However we were greatly disappointed with the policy of “forcing” customers to watch the memory show despite the fact that it was raining heavily with lightning. I.e the mgmt don’t provide any tickets refund when it rains and we all had to stand under the rain to watch the show. Not only was it dangerous for the audience, it was also very dangerous for the actors to put up the show in an open air stage while it is raining and lightning. Overall, we were in shock that the mgmt didn’t even think of basic safety given the open-air show venue. Really disappointed with that!!!!!

The receptionist is very nice. There have free bicycles for ride to Hoi An night market, Faifo coffee, Cong cafe or other. You can walk to enjoy Hoi An theme park and Hoi An memories show at night. Breakfast is tasty, if compared to other hotels.

El check-in fue muy rápido, lo cual siempre se agradece. La zona ajardinada interior es un verdadero oasis, con una piscina muy bien cuidada y espacios para jugar y leer. La habitación en sí es estupenda: una cama cómoda y amplia, sin ruidos molestos, lo que me permitió descansar perfectamente. El cuarto de baño también estaba en excelentes condiciones y las instalaciones eran de alta calidad. Además, el desayuno es variado y delicioso, una manera perfecta de empezar el día. Sin embargo, el único inconveniente fue la ubicación del hotel. Se encuentra en una pequeña isla a aproximadamente un kilómetro del centro urbano de Hoi An. Esto significa que para cualquier actividad o entretenimiento, es necesario desplazarse a la ciudad. Aunque hay un espectáculo tradicional por la noche en la isla, la oferta es limitada y parece estar diseñada para atraer a los huéspedes del hotel y del centro comercial cercano. La mayoría de los visitantes prefieren ir a Hoi An, que es mucho más atractivo y vibrante. En resumen, aunque el hotel es de alta calidad y ofrece una experiencia placentera, la ubicación puede ser un factor a considerar si buscas más opciones de entretenimiento y vida nocturna. Mi estancia en el hotel fue en general buena, pero tuve una experiencia desagradable con los recipientes de champú, gel y acondicionador que estaban hechos de cerámica. Estos estaban colocados sobre la bañera, y al intentar bañarme cómodamente, uno de ellos se cayó y se rompió. Esto no solo fue un inconveniente, sino que también representó un riesgo de accidente, especialmente en un baño donde es común estar descalzo. Para colmo, el hotel me cobró una cantidad excesiva por el recipiente roto, lo cual me pareció injusto. En muchos hoteles, los dispensadores son de plástico para evitar accidentes como este. Creo que deberían considerar cambiar a materiales más seguros para la comodidad y seguridad de los huéspedes. En resumen, aunque el hotel tiene aspectos positivos, la elección de materiales para los productos de baño dejó mucho que desear.

깔끔하고 좋은 호텔입니다. 넓고 쾌적해서 가족끼리 오면 좋을것 같네요. 호이안 시내와 약간 거리는 있지만, 차 타면 5분 정도면 이동하는거 같네요.

房間面湖景大又乾淨，陽台對面就可以看到會安老街街景，景色太美了，住房看會安記憶秀還有優惠，看完令人震撼的秀，晚上走路就可以到房間，早餐也很美味！

Отличный отель. Номер был чистый, полотенца белоснежные, а подушки просто восхитительные, спать на них было просто блаженство. Проблем с горячей водой не было, что типично для Азии. Территория ухоженная. Персонал мил и обходителен. Завтраки весьма разнообразны. В общем нам всё понравилось. Останавливались на 2 ночи.
