Dopo la pandemia di coronavirus, la colazione non è a buffet e viene servita alla carta, quindi è meglio non avere grandi aspettative. L’ho mangiato per due giorni, l’ho provato il primo giorno e non l’ho mangiato il giorno dopo. È insapore e senza senso. Il personale è cordiale.

È la prima volta che voglio provare un hotel in famiglia! Che enorme delusione! Ero così scioccato quando sono entrato nel primo hotel che il proprietario mi ha portato nella mia stanza. Ero così scioccato quando sono entrato e ho colpito gli occhi. La carta da parati si stava staccando dal muro, era ammuffita, aveva un odore di muffa, e non sono riuscito a superare il dispositivo danneggiato, è stato terribile per la prima volta che soggiornavo in un hotel come questo! Ho trovato un prezzo della camera di 400 tramite l'app (per desideri di affitto in famiglia La stanza è sporca e ammuffita, perdendo una governante o una pensione sospettosa Minh in quel momento perché Minh venne a ricevere la punizione! Accetta il tuo destino 😡😡😡 Spero che il proprietario prenda in considerazione la ristrutturazione, se vuole avere clienti, dovrebbe rinnovare la stanza o smettere di offrire l'affitto della stanza. Senti un forte odore di muffa a mezzanotte e domani devo andare a fare un controllo sanitario 😷😷👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️😡😡😡

Located in a quieter section of Hoi An but extremely close, 8-10 minute walk to old town plus convenient amenities like eateries, pubs, massage and nail spas. Extremely good and thoughtful service by the front desk staff as well as the serving staff, drivers and cleaners. Highly recommended!

Location is good. Breakfast could be better. With the price paid could get better hotel along the street.

Location is good, breakfast is exceed your expectations. Staffs are very kind despite of arranged room at ground floor, overall are good.

We got a diferent room as what we booked for, but thanks to the lovely staff it was solved the next day. The hotel is just outside the busy old center of Hoi An and quiet at night. The staff are the most adorable people and during check in they give a lot of tips what you can do and eat in the area. The breakfast is good with a lot of different things to choose from. Reccomend this hotel!

The small hotel was clean, cosy and close proximity to the town. Breakfast was decent with good spread. The room has view of town and river. During monsoon season, there was intermittent flooding around the town so be careful and hitch a taxi ride back. Please don't walk back during small flood and keep an umbrella with you. Overall, the place was flavourful and emits its own splendour. Love Hoi An.

Breakfast not as good as mentioned in advertisement. The hotel is a 3 star hotel. But location is opposite the ancient town.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, and hotel located at just a 5 mins walk to the night market. Upgraded our room to have balcony and river facing without much hassle. The staff are helpful and accommodating. However, we felt the indoor pool is small and the pool water is stagnant, hence not comfortable to dip into it although the weather is very hot during our visit.

This property has the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team of staff. Although not everyone is perfectly fluent in English, their comprehension in understanding your needs is perfect. They strive to make your stay enjoyable and in that they did. We had a memorable stay.
