Excellent location with good design of lobby. The room is also designed with modern and good quality material. I love the bathroom with separate bathtub and toilet. The breakfast has variety of nice quality of foods, fruits... in a high standard atmosphere restaurant. I

La nostra offerta di conferenza è stata molto soddisfatta del nostro evento al mercurio nel parco di Heilmann, soprattutto perché doveva essere tenuto in condizioni coronarie. Le camere di riposo offrono anche spazio per la distanza, come tutti ne hanno bisogno. Le offerte culinari, sia snack durante le pause, bevande o un buffet per pranzo, sono di qualità molto soddisfacente. Il buffet di pranzo ha superato le mie aspettative di un hotel di conferenza, che raramente si trova a tale livello.

Che bel hotel con super dipendenti! Ho già fatto molti hotel, ma questo è assolutamente eccezionale, e questo è sempre il personale molto gentile. E questo non è un favore di cortesia. Non importa se ci sono colazione, ristorante o reception, e soprattutto Ronja Schmitt. Rara volta ho visto una simile impiegata di hotel orientata alla soluzione, quando qualcosa non funziona al massimo. Le camere sono molto belle e moderne. Al centro di Eschborn si conduce circa 5 minuti, al centro di Francoforte circa 20 minuti. Non c'è molto da vedere intorno all'hotel, ma si può rilassarsi! In totale, 100% raccomandazione!

Buon albergo 3-4 stelle con camere comodissime e puliti. Bar e ristorante fanno un buonissimo lavoro con spuntini buoni e gustosi ma qualunque il bar propone una vastissima scelta di spiriti, vini e birra! Architettura Post moderna un po‘ come una città di Retorte stile Brasilia! Impiegati sono simpaticissimi e efficace! Non ci credo in un tempo come nostro dopo Covid e medio della crisi - a la Chapeau per i manager dell albergo che ovviamente piace il suo lavoro e i gusti della bar internazionale!

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Buongiorno ho soggiornato per il periodo Fiera, ottimo per qualsiasi spostamento essendo visc ino alla Linea ferroviaria , pulizia e cortesia del personale ottimi , colazione abbondante e di buona qualità , camera spaziosa e non meno Balcone esterno in una zona tranquilla e bella come Bad Soden da ritornare scm. saluti

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Rimanendo a Marriott a tempo pieno per gli ultimi 6 anni, posso davvero vedere le differenze. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. Questo hotel è molto consigliato se si desidera un trattamento speciale, la posizione più centrale e l'esperienza completa della linea Skyline di Francoforte.

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

I was there for 3 nights. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff was friendly, the room spacious. The food very good. The location great. BUT ... after 30 minutes it took two phone calls to get my suitcase even though not one else was checking in. At 3:30 the first night, the fire alarm went off. It seemed that only oart of the hotel was involved. After waiting in the cold the fire trucks started to leave. No one came to tell us it was OK to return, we saw no staff and never was there any apology or explanation. Train your staff better.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Best location you could ever ask for. Just across the platform1 of the main train station. If your train arrives at platform1 you will arrive at the hotel in 30 seconds. Super safe. Very bright room. Will always stay here.
