Il mio partner e io siamo stati molto freddi nell'alloggio. Pulizia assoluta, grande colazione buffet con opzioni vietnamite e occidentali. Personale di reception molto attento e piacevole. La camera era comoda, spaziosa e con savane di qualità. Letto qualcosa di duro per il nostro gusto. L'intero hotel Boutique era progettato e decorato con gusto e dettaglio. La piscina è molto bene.
Hanno un negozio per acquistare prodotti che essi stessi elaborano. Si trova in strada secondaria dal centro di Tam Coc per il motivo che si respira tranquillità ma sapendo che in 5 minuti a piedi avrai tutte le opzioni per mangiare e prenotare escursioni o trasporti. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Il personale è il più amichevole, caldo e generoso che abbia mai incontrato. Si sono sentiti più come amici che come dipendenti dell’azienda. La nostra camera da letto era molto spaziosa e con metri di spazio per la scrivania, e un sacco di trattori e di giacca. Il buffet di colazione è stato vario: uova, torte, cucchiaio, pomodori e una straordinaria gamma di frutti freschi, tra cui il drago, la passione, le mele, la pineapple e il mango. La piscina era abbastanza fredda ma una lunghezza decente e cattura il sole per diverse ore al giorno. E ci sono stati anche un paio di bellissimi butterfly che rimasti lì! Il direttore Dinh e la sua squadra hanno fatto questo un ottimo soggiorno! Grazie.

This hotel is probably the second best hotel, if not the first, in the Tam Cốc Bích Động area. It is probably equivalent to a three star hotel in the US. the room I stayed in is nice but probably can use a little maintenance. The AC is not cold. It acts more like a fan. The water pressure in the shower comes and goes. Their breakfast offers beef and chicken Pho, bread, chow mein, sweet potatoes, fruits, etc. For vegans, it’s really lacking. You can pretty much have only corn, sweet potato, fruits and toast. But the front desk staffs (especially Mr. Lieu) really look after you. They proactively help you with your luggage, your transportation needs, and the recommendations on places and things to do. They are sincere helpfulness really make up for the shortcomings. For vegan travelers, there is a pretty good vegan restaurant on the main road after you walk out of the alley where the hotel is located. Ngon Vegan is located about 50 feet away after you exit the alley and turn right.

Non posso davvero dire abbastanza buone cose su questo posto. Dzung e la sua famiglia erano così gentili e generosi. Hanno lasciato il loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno inoltrabile. Le foto del soggiorno di casa su Internet non fanno questo posto giustizia. Dzung ha fatto ogni sforzo per far sentire i suoi ospiti a casa. Abbiamo avuto tutte le biciclette che potevamo usare gratuitamente. I colazione che sua moglie ha fatto erano deliziosi, migliori pancake! Abbiamo avuto le nostre camere da bagno e le camere e le strutture erano assolutamente preziose. Trip.com indicava che questo soggiorno a casa aveva condiviso le lavanderie, ma non sempre, abbiamo avuto le nostre camere da bagno private. Non potevamo nemmeno ottenere abbastanza dalla piscina al tetto! Dzung ci ha mostrato dove andare e cosa fare. Il soggiorno a casa è così convenientemente situato, lontano dalla rabbia e dalla bussola. Così tranquillo e tranquillo. In gran parte, saremo sicuri di ritornare. Questa era davvero un'esperienza speciale che mio marito e io non dimenticheremo mai. Grazie Dzung e la vostra famiglia per essere i più graziosi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo parte della vostra famiglia. Vi vedremo tutti presto!

I'm not going to lie, when we first checked in here I was extremely skeptical as our initial room was not up to par. After going back and forth with my Husband on whether or not to move to another spot we decided to give it a chance and asked to switch rooms instead. The Woman (I am so sad/sorry I did not get her name and will lovingly refer to her as Boss Lady) at the desk heard our concerns and immediately got us switched over to another room that was WAY better. Long story short, out of our 2 weeks in Vietnam (luxury hotels and otherwise) I think this was our favorite stay. Our best breakfast in Vietnam was here. It was delicious and made me feel like it was made with love and that brightened my spirits. Boss Lady helped me make a perfect 2 day itinerary in the region and helped me avoid some pitfalls. She also recommended an amazing massage spot. I felt like she was a trusted friend. Boss Lady and her family made our stay magical. I booked this homestay after a recommendation from Lilly at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Hanoi. I'm so happy we took her advice. We loved this homestay and can't wait to return.

Un posto incantato, calato nel contesto di una natura a dir poco meravigliosa. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è sicuramente tutto il suo staff, formato da persone oltre che competenti, gentili, sorridenti, che ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire anche meglio che a casa. Il tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, il cibo è delizioso e la spa ottima. Non c’è nulla che non vada, se non il fatto che purtroppo prima o poi bisogna andarsene. Un enorme grazie per avere reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

UUtente ospiteThere are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

Prima di arrivare il ricevitore ha messaggiato che cosa i nostri piani sono e suggeriva di fare! ☺️ Il nostro lavaggio è stato fatto così velocemente e hanno organizzato anche una bicicletta per noi. La colazione era bella e mentre aspettavamo il nostro autobus quando andavamo, ci sono stati dato rinfrescamenti gratuiti e poi un ascensore in città da parte della signora per libero che non doveva fare! Grazie per averci guardato così bene.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato in questo soggiorno per 3 notti in gennaio. Quando arrivarono gli ospiti erano benvenuti e di aiuto, ci hanno permesso di controllare in anticipo. La stanza era ben dimensionata con buone strutture. Tuttavia, la stanza è molto fredda durante la notte e la AC non ha un ambiente di riscaldamento. Vi forniscono un piccolo riscaldamento, ma non è stato abbastanza. Suggeriscono anche alcuni piatti più caldi durante l'inverno. Abbiamo anche trovato che l'acqua calda non dura molto, quindi è molto difficile riscaldare dopo un giorno di scooter nel vento freddo. Anche alcuni animali che vivevano nel muro così difficile da dormire. Il cibo era buono e le strutture del posto erano buone anche - biciclette e scooter gratuiti sono economici. Offrono anche servizi di lavanderia e prenotazione di autobus. Ci sono gatti carini che si attengono e la zona generale è bello. Il soggiorno è ben situato vicino alla Caverna di Mua e un scooter da tutto il resto. Siate consapevoli che è molto rurale e si può vedere alcune cose scioccanti intorno alla zona che non sono legate a questo alloggio (pensate alla violenza familiare, agli animali morti, ecc). In generale, un buon alloggio di bilancio, ma non suggerisce di rimanere in inverno.

Quindi ci ha dovuto mettere nell'ultima stanza disponibile che non era così bello come abbiamo prenotato. Il giorno dopo, tuttavia, ci fu data una nuova buona stanza. La nostra prenotazione includeva colazione, ma non è servito colazione sul posto. Quindi ci ha portato in moto a un ristorante vicino, dove ci è stato permesso ordinare un colazione a buon mercato. Ha AC, WiFi, frigorifero e caldaia (porta le vostre forniture). La camera è anche molto spaziosa ma la doccia va tutto intorno. Il bacino è fuori dalla camera da bagno, che era bello. Le cose erano pulite. Siamo rimasti qui per 3 giorni e una volta sapevamo come funzionare (restauranti, biciclette) ci sentivo bene.

Siamo stati li' solo per due giorni, ma potrebbero aver trascorso facilmente più tempo ... hanno moto e moto disponibili, quindi sarebbe stato bello fare un po' di più esplorazione. Ci hanno aiutato a fare un giro mentre eravamo in zona e hanno organizzato anche un eccellente guidatore per riportarci a Hanoi quando dovevamo andare. Le pietre gettano via dal magnifico tempio di Bich Dong, un facile passo e vale la pena guardare. La piscina è grande, abbastanza spazio per rilassarsi alla fine, o mezzo o all'inizio del giorno ... E colazione- Pancakes un giorno, uova l'altro- solo grande!!! Grazie mille.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto una visita molto piacevole a Ninh Binh e siamo riusciti a vedere così tanta zona in un solo giorno. La posizione del soggiorno a casa era fantastica per questo e ci piaceva anche che il personale fosse utile per organizzare il trasporto alla stazione ferroviaria e Trang An. Fino a partire, saremmo stati confortevoli lasciare una 3 o 4 di 5 valutazioni. Ma ci faceva sentire estremamente incomodi da parte dell'uomo che ha sorvegliato il nostro soggiorno, quando ha iniziato a disturbarci a lasciare un recensione prima di avere colazione. Questo si è intensificato quando siamo tornati dalla nostra giornata, dovevamo lasciare un'analisi prima che ci porti alla stazione (per la quale gli avevamo già pagato). Abbiamo lasciato una generosa recensione su *********** (media al 8.0/10) che ha reso evidente l'unica area che ci sentivamo mancanti - la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni. L'uomo poi continuava a guidare incredibilmente insicurezza (compreso nei punti di guida senza tenere il volante, in due tracce in traffico relativamente occupato e molto più lento del resto del traffico) mentre utilizzava il suo telefono per tradurre il suo aranguing della nostra recensione, che ha portato a noi a parlare con il suo capo sul telefono, su perché non abbiamo lasciato una recensione 10/10. L'intera interazione ci ha lasciato sentire chiaramente incomoda e ha rovinato la fine del nostro viaggio. Ci è stato sollevato per uscire dal veicolo, anche se non era nel luogo di uscita che avevamo concordato.

UUtente ospiteTam Coc de la Montagne resort Our family of four stayed here as part of our Intrepid Tour visit to Vietnam. We occupied two rooms for two nights. Overall our experience was very positive. The beds and pillows were comfortable. All the outlets work and are plentiful. The bathrooms are recently updated. The rooms are very clean with a stocked mini bar and a few complimentary treats and water. The WiFi is free and speedy. We used the laundry service which managed to deliver same day! The kitchen is creating good food! We dined there both nights. The pasta and pizza are as good as you will get anywhere. The salads are fresh and dressings delicious. Breakfast is similar to most hotels in Vietnam with a few fun surprises (onion rings or meatballs, anyone?) The bar is fine and the espresso was satisfying. My wife and daughters took advantage of the spa and enjoyed hair washes and a hot stone experience that was very enjoyable. The service overall is friendly and attentive. The main hall/reception is stunning, they have created a truly welcoming and comfortable place to eat and relax. The grounds are adorned with flower shrubs and cultured trees, making the walk to our room very pleasant. The shower uses a dedicated water heater in the bathroom so be aware that the hot water won't last long. During our visit the pool was still empty as it is undergoing a refresh. There are complimentary bicycles which can be used to tour the area, we used them to view the Buffalo cave and pedal to the Hang Mua lookout. My wife and I occupied a room near the pool which was very quiet at bedtime. My daughters were closer to the entrance so unfortunately were subjected at bedtime to loud karaoke from a neighbouring establishment. My rating is based on value for price and the location and facilities available in this gorgeous part of the world. I'm sure as time goes on the management will continue to improve and refine their offering.
