✅1. The area is the Korean district. Most restaurants, cafes, markets, any thing are Korean style. ✅2. I had to work at the Saigon exhibition and convention center everyday, it is really convenient to call a grab for only 10-20 Minutes. That was great. ✅3. I stayed in the 101 room. It is not the same level as the lift and they are step up and step down. It was not good because we had big and heavy luggage to lift up on the step up and down. ✅4. The room is specious with queen bed rooms. I liked it. ✅5.the staff were great, took care, were generous. The checking time is 2pm and check out time doesn't matter to us because we left the hotel in the morning. ❎1. Less power plugs. I found them at the TV and the fridge zone only and we needed to charge my phone, my laptop. It was inconvenient about it. The hotel must put more power plugs in the bed area too ❎2. The bathroom is wide and there is a bathtub without the curtain or partition to protect the wetness. That was so bad because 1) we couldn't stand to take the shower because water would spread to the floor 2) we couldn't sit down to take a shower or wash hair because the bathtub is not big enough to do it. Everyday, the floor would be wet and looked dirty after a person took a shower. I don't like wet floors when I have to stay in the bathroom. The solution is the hotel just put on the curtain to protect water. I found this solution in many hotels. I am ok with the area to stay if we have to go to the Saigon center because it is near and easy to go. Lots of (korean)restaurant and it is safe.

The doorman, the bed making staff, and the front desk staff were fine. The doorman in particular was always smiling and pleasant. The problem was the restaurant staff and the maintenance staff. First, the maintenance staff was a small, short-haired man with glasses. First of all, he never smiled. Right after I checked in after a long trip, the battery of safety box in the room was dead and I couldn't use it, but he didn't even say sorry, and when I asked how to use it, he seemed annoyed. Also, even though I was tired and resting in my room after 6pm, he was vacuuming the hallway in front of my room, so I got up and went out to the hallway because it was too noisy, but he didn't even say sorry. Next, the restaurant staff. They didn't smile or greet me at the breakfast venue where you start a new day. Even when I greeted them, they didn't return the greeting. I've never experienced hotel staff that make you feel so bad in the morning. It's a big problem that they can't say good morning with a smile at the breakfast venue where you start a new day. The restaurant staff and the young staff were very smiling and pleasant. But the cook in particular was the worst. There was no hospitality mindset, which is important for hotel staff, or rather as a person. The next day after I told the hotel about it, only one staff member improved. The cook was the worst. Hopefully it will be improved next time.

Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently situated near [major attractions, restaurants, or business centers]. It made exploring the city quite easy. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was pleasant. Both the room and common areas were well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. Comfort: Overall, the comfort of the hotel was also pleasant. The room was well-furnished, and I found the bed and furnishings to be satisfactory.

I can challenge It would be very hard for you to find a hotel with such beautiful rooms and such High level of Customer Service by the staff in the busiest area of Old Quarters of Hanoi. Either it was renovated recently or it was a new hotel all together, whatever may be the case the room quality was beyond superb (at least for the price I paid). Even after check-in (11pm) I tried to compare its room size and quality with many hotels in that lane/area the next day, but none seemed at par with this Hotel. It was even harder to find anything wrong with this hotel. Every Staff member is so supportive and is always ready to help you, and I really means always. My Parents were given extremely homely treatment from the day they entered and the day they left. (see the attached picture - it says it all). Vietnames people are the most honest, polite and humble people I have ever met. Breakfast had everything, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, fresh Bakery items, cakes, Sweet, etc. + coffee at the end of the breakfast was simply out of this world. (Coffee in Vietnam is the best compared to any country - I bought like tonnes when I left Vietnam) Edoya Hotel's Room Size was way too big, with huge spacious washroom & had equally bigger balcony attached to our room. So often my Mother & I, We enjoyed our coffee in the balcony after a long day walking on the streets of Old Quarters of Hanoi. If you are going to Hanoi and wanna live at the best hotel with all the major attraction at a walking distance and are travelling with family, I recommend Booking - EDOYA Hotel in Ben Thanh immediately. We lived in a triple sharing 3 bed - room. If given another chance I would again and again would like to stay in this hotel only. Great Hotel for Indians. Highly Recommended. (I think they also have another hotel nearby Called 'Serene Central in Old Quarters Hong Bong area' - incase this is full) Special Thanks to Minh (+84 91 186 52 22) for helping us get a room here. And the Girl in White Shirt (see the pic), I am sorry I forgot her name, she helped us book the 1 day Cruise to Ha Long bay, which is perfect for the sr. citizen. Location is fantastic, it is just 2 to 3 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market. Buffet breakfast is good. Room is clean, just that non sound proof, people from the outside can hear the conversation in the room.
