Hotel bellissimo con mobili più grandi. Le camere erano super belle e molto comode letti. La posizione non poteva essere migliore - era passeggiata a distanza da tutto quello che volevamo fare o un breve giro per qualcosa di più. Anche il cibo al ristorante era grande. Vorrei sinceramente che potessimo stare più a lungo. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno era il personale. Erano le persone più carine, più ospite e più amiche che andavano sopra e oltre per accoglierci e per assicurarci che ci fosse un bel tempo, e noi non ci dispiacevamo di aver ingannato ogni persona che usciva dalla loro strada per cercarci. Torneremo!

Ho mischiato sentimenti su questo hotel. E'stato prenotato come parte di un tour, quindi non so se sia un buon valore, ma abbiamo avuto assistenza con il nostro bagaglio, forse perché faceva parte del tour. Il portaman era quasi sempre presente per aprire la porta. Il personale era piacevole e utile. Non c’è molto spazio in sala da pranzo perché la maggior parte del piano principale è occupata da un ristorante. La mia camera da sola era piccola come si aspettava, ma non mi era problema perché era pulita. Ho dovuto chiamare per ottenere una nuova batteria per la sicurezza, che era stata presa in attesa, e nel doccia non riuscivo a chiudere la porta di slitta per la resistenza. Ancora una volta, due uomini di manutenzione che non potevano ripararla, mi trasferirono in un'altra stanza - questa volta una doppia, ma ancora una volta, la cassaforte era stata riparata in posizione chiusa. La porta del bagno funzionava bene, ma non c'era acqua calda come altri membri del nostro gruppo, e una denuncia correggeva che, come acqua calda, era disponibile per i due giorni restanti del nostro soggiorno. Un po'di annoiarsi era il suono delle porte chiuse e il rumore nella sala fino a quando tutti non si erano sistemati per la notte. Ci era poca scelta per il colazione. Poco più uova precotte non erano affascinanti, ma si può sempre trovare qualcosa da mangiare. Come altri hanno osservato, la posizione è buona.

However the room was quite run down and the water was leaking for our toilet and towel rack was spoilt. Otherwise,still acceptable. When booked, I requested for 2 connecting rooms. Hotel replied said kept aside for us 1 only. I reminded the hotel 1 week before our arrival and was told still only 1 available which I was ok. When arrived, they said none available as fully booked. What a disappointment!

despite a central location ,,, the hotel has a policy of no guest after 10 pm, with different staff managing 2 shifts, after a understanding with morning staff that if u register its fine, we find ourself having problems with the night staff telling us its a POLICE policy,,,,, which should be stated in the website if thats the case,,,, if u are coming here for fun, or have guest coming late at night, would advise against booking this hotel,,,, TRIP should update on the booking page on the hotel policy

Prenoto una camera di famiglia, due grandi dimensioni del letto regina durante il compleanno di mio marito. Il personale è molto gentile e gentile. Per sempre aiutate a portare il bagaglio o aprire la porta d'ingresso dell'hotel. Non andate mai al tetto, perché la mia camera ha già un grande bagno. Canale TV solo 3 in inglese e il resto è in Vietnam. Desk un po' di anziani, ma ogni volta che chiedo al personale di custodia di pulire. Decente hotel 3 stelle. Valore per i soldi. 5 minuti a piedi al Mercato Ben Thant. 7 minuti a piedi alla strada Malaysia.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti all'Hotel Blue Diamond e senza dubbio è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Ci siamo arrivati tardi alla notte e abbiamo avuto una buona ricezione dal desk front. Qui il colazione era piuttosto buono e la camera era pulita e confortevole. Al momento dell'uscita di check-out abbiamo dimenticato il nostro cellulare nella stanza, il ricevimento ha preso tutto il problema di trovarlo e lo consegna a uno dei nostri amici in un altro hotel vicino.

I have booked a VIP room costed about SGD 100 per nite for 2 nites. The photo shows a jacuzzi in the room! Upon check-in the room, I found the room a bit dark with dark walls, even with the curtains of the doors to the balcony opened. I have to repaired the right bedside light to make it lit. The TV remote has run out of batteries & the hair dryer is not working. I have to ask the house keeping to change it. The room is spacious with a outdoor balcony for smokers, as there is an ashtray there despite of my booking request for a non-smoking room. The balcony is facing a white wall of the next building!?! So no nice view from the balcony. Double basins are good but the jacuzzi is not working! Just treat it as an oversized bathtub. Feedback to the front counter & the answer is all jacuzzis in the hotel are all not working!?! This should be stated at the point of booking. I felt like being scammed to book a non-working jacuzzi VIP room! There are no face towels, just a medium sized towel & 2 large bath towels. The white floor towel is already stained & wet when I checked in. The aircon is weak even I have set it to full blast. However, the room is quiet without the infamous Vietnam traffic noise. There is no nite light leading to the bathroom in the nite, I have to switch on & off the lights when using it during sleep. The toilet bowl is located in the dark corner without lights. Do avoid throwing toilet paper into the bowl which would choked it. I learn it the hard way! The digital lock of the door sometimes refuses to lock. So do check if the door is lock when going out. The location of the hotel is perfect facing the famous Ben Thanh market. Shopping, eating & money changing are not a problem. There’s is a pharmacy in the left of the hotel & jewellers at the right for money changing. Most jewellers are unofficial moneychangers. This would be my first & last stay with this hotel,as there are plenty of other hotels nearby if I wanted to stay near the Ben Thanh market for my future trips. I do not mind paying but do not scam me.

Ho recentemente prenotato questo “hotel” su Booking .com lo facevo a causa delle recensioni e delle foto. Un viaggiatore di esperienza e non di solito uno per stare fuori con le marche dell'hotel pensavo di aver fatto il mio lavoro a casa, ho guardato alcuni siti di prenotazione, leggere recensioni e guardare le foto di fama sui siti. In primo luogo *********** hanno immagini di un hotel completamente diverso ! Questo posto è il piatto Room era pieno di peli , le lame erano coperte in capelli , i due asciugamani che ci sono stati dato erano tutti spaventati , la doccia era pieno ( accanto pizzo di testa doccia ) La stanza era profumata di fumi di pittura ! ( avevamo 2 camere prenotate e anche se le foto mostrano finestre, le nostre camere non lo facevano ) Ci è stato chiesto di pagare in anticipo senza essere autorizzati a vedere la stanza , potevo andare a Noi siamo rimasti per 6 ore la prima notte quando avevamo volato da JFK ma avevamo Non c'è scelta, ma lasciare e trasferire in un altro hotel Fai il tuo lavoro di casa , leggere le altre recensioni recenti ( vorrei avere ) AVOID !

Poiché è il nostro viaggio d'anniversario, e l'hotel ricorda la nota, che era davvero dolce 💖 La stanza era pulita ed elegante, ma la robusta era insufficiente, quindi abbiamo sentito il rumore dall'alto (sotto il piano 11), che ha fatto peggiore la nostra qualità del sonno.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo deciso di visitare il Vietnam per un mese e il nostro viaggio ha iniziato da Hanoi, da Hanoi a Dang Nang, poi l'ultima fermata è la città di Ho Chi Minh. E abbiamo soggiornato in 3 hotel diversi prima di arrivare qui , l'hotel Jade, il Hilton e il segno. E' davvero deluso vedere quanto brutto la gente qui sono, non sono utili, ma anche molto curiosi. Gli ho chiesto di aiutarci a ordinare un po' di grazia a un ristorante e hanno iniziato a mummarsi in vietnamita verso l'altro, mentre ci hanno dato un aspetto molto sporco. Un'altra occasione è quando accidentalmente abbiamo lasciato la mia borsa e la chiave sul letto nella stanza, così il mio amico mi ha chiesto di correre indietro e di prenderla. Ma il personale maschile che lavorava quel turno notturno era estremamente brutto (giovedì sera 9/15) e mi ha chiesto di lasciare l'hotel immediatamente. Quando siamo tornati, sembra che qualcuno sia entrato nella nostra stanza. Oggi non riuscivo a trovare i miei occhiali da nessuna parte. Siamo molto delusi. Siamo stati in molte aree di Vientiane e abbiamo soggiornato in molti luoghi, ma l'hotel bianco mangia certamente la torta quando si tratta del peggiore personale, il meno utile e molto disonesto per dire il meno.

Hotel molto moderno, nuovo, pulito e pulito. Bello balcone per la camera della famiglia. Bagno viene con doccia foresta piovana che è forte. Il circolo di comodità K è in piedi all'hotel. Molti luoghi di interesse a pochi passi da questo hotel, ad esempio Takashimaya, Cattedrale di Notre Dame, HCMC Post Office, Palace of Independence, War Raments Museum. Molto amichevole e utile personale di sicurezza dell'hotel e personale di servizio frontale. Ci sono stati serviti un bevanda di benvenuto veterano che ha gustato come succo di lime. Le tariffe dell'hotel sono molto preziose per soldi. Molto consigliamo di rimanere qui!

I had a pleasant stay in Cochin. It started off with me not being in the best of moods due to some travel issues and arriving later than 3am, but the man at reception was extremely efficient checking in, and the room felt warm and very clean. The facilities were all basically the same. I felt a sense of ease in the building, and enjoyed the decoration and views. The only negative for the whole stay was consistently poor water pressure when using hot water. It will certainly extend your shower time, but there are far worse troubles one could have.
