I loved my stay here. Of special note, Nelly at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous, helping me with expert local advice.(transport, phones, phrases, directions, power plugs etc). Highly professional, good English skills and very strong customer service skills. Her colleagues were also very good. I felt that she stood out though. The whole staff were friendly, conversational, welcoming, and always did their best with any questions. I've given the review a ”5” but I should explain my thinking, as we are all different in what matters to us. I went just as the country was opening again to tourism after the main Covid period, and all hotels across the board seemed to have ”re-start” issues in getting up to speed again. The cafe on the top floor was being renovated, but there was a wonderful little cafe at the entrance courtyard which had food and coffee. Nice food, and great coffee. The trees, courtyard and peaceful location were idyllic and particularly great in HCM as a sanctuary from most noise and traffic. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom good, the internet connection fine and it was all just what I needed. It had a nice feel to it. A nice ”vibe”. It was also highly cost effective. I could imagine staying here a while and doing some writing. The surrounding area is well worth exploring. I walked in to district one a few times and loved it, but it for those who do not want long exploratory walks it is easily accessible by Grab taxi or Grab motor bike/scooter General recommendations: I waited too long to do this, and should have done it immediately.... Download and use ”Grab”. Extremely well designed, very effective, has English options and its drivers are reliable. By contrast the ”conventional” taxis can be very problematic. Ripped off and in major arguments twice in the first 3 days and never used them again. The Grab drivers though were all honest and professional (and cheap). A massive contrast A local SIM card can be bought immediately past immigration at the airport on the right side which was cheap, reliable and drama-free. Anyone who does try to con you, tries to use the currency / shell game/ hand it to me-don't hand it back-now hand me something else CON. So my advice is to separate money into two areas. Perhaps some of the smaller stuff in a pocket for Banh Mi etc and the larger amounts in sequence in your wallet. Memorise a couple of numbers as a rule of thumb. For me 500K in Dong is about 30 dollars AUD so that is a useful quick starting point. Local -local food is usually great value Anything a bit exotic tends to waft up toward Australian prices such as Japanese food I really enjoyed local Pho and Banh Mi among other foods, but felt I should have done more food study and food specific vocab before going ( which I am doing before next trip) HCM Art Gallery, or as they call it the ”Fine Arts Museum” was terrific. Buono valore per i soldi! Un buon posto per dormire per la notte. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita; e la pulizia del bagno era buona e includeva le strutture usuali. La posizione è buona se si vuole un posto più tranquillo lontano dai bar, ecc, c'è un treno dietro l'hotel, ma abbiamo sentito solo un treno la mattina, quindi non ci ha disturbato. Abbiamo camminato 45 minuti dall'hotel alla cattedrale della nostra diga e ad altre attrazioni vicine, a piedi piacevole con molti caffè e ristoranti.

Vengo qui per poche notti, a parte la tour. La posizione è molto centrale, su una strada occupata al di là del parco, ma ci sono pochi bar, ristoranti e supermercati vicino. Parte dell'edificio sono ristrutturate e alcune non. Le strutture sono variabili senza bar, solo un frigo. Le camere sono anche variabili come la pulizia di essi. Non ottenere una camera di fronte perché il rumore stradale è alto. Alcuni finestrini sono difficili da chiudere e la TV non ha canali linguistici o notizie europee. Il letto in camera nostra era una base di doppia dimensione, quindi ci siamo mantenuti a caccia delle gambe sul canto, il servizio è lento e variabile, mentre il colazione era limitato a uova, pane e giovenche. Niente è davvero male, ma anche non molto bene...

L'hotel è molto fondamentale. Tuttavia le camere sono molto belle, pulite con una cassaforte. A $40 per notte non si può più chiedere. Mi è stato detto che alcuni hotel nella zona offrono colazione allo stesso prezzo. Personale buono e amichevole ma manca in inglese ( sono in Vietnam!!). Quindi davvero una camera molto buona solo posto con un bel bagno. Nota: si deve negoziare circa 12 passi per entrare e uscire dall'hotel. Se questo è un problema non restare qui

This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Il piccolo gioiello è fantastico, vicino all'aeroporto. Piscina, Bar e Ristorante è stato fantastico. Grande per gli avi aerei che godono di guardare gli aerei terra e partenza. Le camere erano confortevoli, le letti erano grandi.

Bel posto. Alta sicurezza. Sicurezza è buona. Il servizio clienti della signora Yang è grande 👍. Ha presto partecipato al processo di controllo, poi ha mostrato la stanza e ha dato una descrizione chiara.. Anche al controllo ha dato piena cooperazione. Ho chiesto la stanza per altri due giorni. Bella vista della città. Conveniente per shopping, pasticceria e tutto. Non esitate a raccomandare.

Posizione: lontano dal centro città, quindi spostati con Grab o autobus. Puoi anche prendere l'autobus numero 20 per 6K. Vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. (Circa 30 minuti in autobus dal vicino mercato di Ben Thanh) Camera: pulita, solo lo spazzolino da denti fornito come dotazioni Piscina: c'è una piscina a sfioro sul tetto e una piscina in giardino al primo piano. Nonostante fossero le vacanze di Capodanno, ho potuto godermi la piscina fin dal mattino. Prezzo: economico considerando le strutture. Nel complesso: il prezzo è basso. 　　La vista della piscina a sfioro sul tetto è fantastica 　　Voglio assolutamente tornarci. Altamente raccomandato.
