My recent stay at the A&EM Art Hotel in Vietnam was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel's elegant ambiance and artistic flair. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality, making me feel instantly welcomed. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional throughout my entire stay. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style. Looking to book a hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City? Have a look at A&Em Art Hotel! It's really clean and spacious. Most importantly, the bed is superbly comfortable, which is what you need after a long day out in the city. The included breakfast is good, so don't forget to get a quick bite before adventuring outside. Lastly the staff are really friendly and can speak English. Front desk and bellboy are always at the ready to assist whenever needed and always greet you with a smile.

Location is central, near to all tourist spot. However it is also near the main road, so it is very noisy in the day time from 6am. It would be better if the air-conditioning worked during the first day, despite calling them twice to look into it, it was not resolved. Leading to heavy perspiration during the first night. The second night was good, maybe before I got them to look at it while I was out.

Very disappointed trip. This hotel used to be my top choice of stay when I’m in HCM. Stay many many times. Ask for extra room card, but was told they run out? So hard to get more card? Even when my friend got two stay together. They also only issue one card. The buffet bf is getting from bad to worse. Dun even serve tea anymore And the renovation is really noisy….

Location is good. However, there were no chairs available and the 2 of the power socket was not working. In addition, there was no proper workdesk with power plug to work with a laptop. Other than that were fine.

I enjoyed my stay. having left concept hotel, this was a welcome change. They allowed me to checkin early by about 1 hr no questions asked. And allowed me to to checkout late 1 hour. Breakfast was good as well. Location is pretty good as well. Happy to recommend to others.

Had a pleasant stay thru out. Everything is good. will be back again for next business trip.

Honestly, this time, I was impressed with how the Hotel had improved since my last stay there. The hotel has excellent food facilities, the establishment is clean, and the renovated rooms without leaks are perfect. The management of the hotel network is to be congratulated. The hotel is fantastic now.
