Staying at the Rex Hotel is like wandering onto the set of the 1932 MGM film ”Grand Hotel.” Morning begins with a lavish buffet breakfast in the Beaux-Arts-style ballroom. The host, wearing a tuxedo, welcomes you with a warm and enthusiastic smile. Then you'll take a swim in the gorgeous 6th floor pool under a tropical sky. Throughout the day, gracious staff members are available to make your stay a memorable one. In the evening, cocktails and dinner are served on the lovely rooftop, with sweeping views of the city. Indeed, when you stay at the Rex, you've finally experienced a Grand Hotel.

Roseland Sweet Hotel è un hotel di valore per soldi, e ci saranno molti altri hotel simili facilmente trovati online. Ma ciò che ha fatto Roseland apparire è stato uno dei loro staff Kiet Anh, che è un campanello, un desk front, concierge tutti in uno. La mia scelta di hotel sarà ancora Roseland per il mio prossimo viaggio, ma solo se Kiet è lì. Grazie Kiet, per aver reso il mio soggiorno così piacevole e memorabile; e grazie per avermi aiutato a mandare il mio telefono rotto per la riparazione; mi hai davvero salvato la vita!! Ci vediamo presto!

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro vicino alla casa dell'opera e a piedi a distanza di tutto; bellissimi ristoranti, attrazioni turistiche e negozi. L'hotel è un hotel di 5 stelle e il posto di colazione è pieno di strada. La tavola è così vicino l'uno all'altro con gli stranieri finché non ci sentiamo come mangiamo nella stessa tavola con i parenti che odiiamo. La persona che ha chiesto il numero della stanza di soggiorno alla ricezione avrebbe potuto chiederci subito quando ci mostrano la tavola di cosa vorremmo bere, non solo sediamoci e spariamo, e dobbiamo cercare qualcuno per ordinare il nostro caffè. Se gestisci/migliori questa parte in modo adeguato, il tuo hotel sarebbe fuori perfetto.

The location is good with nearby Ben Thanh market and walking distance to other places like Takashimaya and Saigon Square. However the room was quite run down and the water was leaking for our toilet and towel rack was spoilt. Otherwise,still acceptable. When booked, I requested for 2 connecting rooms. Hotel replied said kept aside for us 1 only. I reminded the hotel 1 week before our arrival and was told still only 1 available which I was ok. When arrived, they said none available as fully booked. What a disappointment!

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Il ragazzo alla reception è molto intimo e accogliente. Di fronte alla stanza c'è Takashimaya. È molto comodo fare shopping nei punti panoramici. L'unico inconveniente è che la metropolitana è rimasta da costruire. L'esercitazione è ancora 2-3 nel cuore della notte. Non ha dormito tutta la notte. :30 ricominciato, crollato...

Siamo arrivati con un gruppo di tour. Ci siamo trasferiti due notti, abbiamo avuto una pausa tra noi e abbiamo fatto una casa Stai così doveva muovere le camere e controllare due volte. Due volte dovevamo aspettare almeno mezz'ora in lobby per ottenere la nostra stanza Keys. La camera da letto era anche molto disgustosa. Il personale non era molto amichevole. Bevande preziose. Ma una vista magnifica da Top.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Il personale carino Charming è molto utile e amichevole. La camera è pulita e pulita La colazione è deliziosa ho soggiornato lì 4 giorni di esperienza è molto buona. Tutto è vicino a questo hotel. Situato in posizione centrale. Bello hotel con belle staff
