The building complex is great, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient access to tourist spots. Jason was very helpful during check-in, and having a full unit with a washer made traveling with family easier.

It’s almost connected landmark 81 which is the tallest building in hcmc! There is a mall behind the building and lots of convenient stores and banks. There’s a park by the river which we didn’t have time to see. You can probably just hangout in the area for a day. You’ll have to taxi to district 1 which is the only downside. The place has a washer which is a big plus! We’re on the 38th floor so the view was quite nice.

Everything is fine. But the service is likely downgrading, comparing to my previous stays with them.

Truly the best host! I highly recommend Thuong place for any Japanese travelers. I struggled with cockroaches and ants at my previous accommodation, but not at Thuong's. When the sink got clogged, I contacted him, and he came right away to fix it. His response time is incredibly fast. Whether during check-in or for any inquiries, I always received immediate replies. This prompted me to extend my stay. This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City
